Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came in when it was pouring rain and there were several leaks in the roof above our table.

The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I parked and went inside to order and it a lot faster. I ordered the Cobb zalad and was delicious.

Food was great but I really appreciated the service. Nothing crazy but everyone was very kind. 10/10 staff on 2-21-2025

I have come here many times, and it is mixed from being a wonderful experience to being the most horrendous place ever. I have been putting this review on hault for some time. Overall, the food is usually good and satisfactory, but where this store lacks is service. There are numerous workers who are just rude and completely ruin the mood. Just going off my experience from my latest excursion to this store i was met on the microphone by a lady who was rude. She kept on asking every time I'd finish a plate, she would state, "Is that all" in a very angered manner. I choose to ignore it and go on, but regardless, she is rude throughout the remainder of my order. Whenever i got to the window, i was able to see her name tag, and her name was lydia. Tonight wasn't the only time though ive been met with rudeness. There have been multiple occasions where workers are just rude. I know other people who tell me this same thing about how some of the workers here are not nice to the customers that show. Now, not all the workers suck. Their are the good ones that are extremely nice, but as stated previously their is an abundance of rude ones as well.

The woman at the register yelled directly into my face from not 3 feet away. I thought she was joking. But no, she goes off like a fog horn at every customer. I'm all for welcoming customers that come in the door but that's not what's happening here. Everyone stops like they're being accosted. Forget having a peaceful meal. This was stressful. My sympathy to her coworkers.

Purchased sensation salad three days ago and it was delicious. Returned tonight and it was horrible. Ingredients were not exactly the same and lettuce, etc, were wilted. Would never have served in my home. Will not return.

I was disappointed in the chicken wings that I ordered. They where dry and really small. Looked like had been cooked to much. Definitely not what expected from Zaxby's.
