Purchased sensation salad three days ago and it was delicious. Returned tonight and it was horrible. Ingredients were not exactly the same and lettuce, etc, were wilted. Would never have served in my home. Will not return.

Zaxby's in Eastman Georgia used to be the go to place for us to get wings but the last two times they were dry, no sauce, we called and the manager said she sauced them herself! The nuclear was like medium Hot with no sauce and my tongue torch were like mild or plain like you would order for a child. We spent 50.00-60.00 every time we order there and from now on we'll take our business to sharks or village pizza for wings.Lorrie Creach

Zaxby's in Eastman was immaculately clean. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. When I arrived carrying my purse and luggage along with a box of books, a gentleman customer greeted me like a neighbor and held the door for me. The staff was wonderful! My order was ready, so I sat down to eat. I ordered a salad, bone-in wings, and unsweetened tea. It was delicious! I would recommend this establishment to anyone. In fact, this may become my go-to stopping place whenever I travel through Eastman.Vegetarian options: I almost forgot. I also ordered the vegetarian spring rolls. They were good.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. Even after a busy Sunday, everything was clean.
