O went there to dine in and the floor was waaayyyy to slippery. I had to hold on to the walls to avoid slipping. At my age I don't need that. I'm guessing that they mop the floor with grease from when they mop the kitchen. Makes the main dining room floor slick as heck! Drive thru from now on for me.
It was early in the morning, but I was greeted by Aaliyah, a very positive and and a warm personality. The lobby was clean and the rest of the staff was polite and offer suggestions.

After ordering, waited 30 min in drive through for food. Finally, got impatient and went inside to find lots of people complaining about not getting their food. There appeared to be plenty of employees and they were all very pleasant and apologetic. So, I would chalk this up to a very poorly run restaurant as this was clearly a management problem. I finally got my food. It was mostly ok, Egg and Chese were not centered etc. I won’t be going back.

Not the best McDonald's experience and I have never been asked to pay for extra sauces, I only asked for 2 additional sweet and sour with my nuggets to be told I had 2 already and needed to pay for more. Is this a new standard or a one off ? Location was okay, it wasn't clean felt uncared for and lacked the activity and feel that a McDonald's should have.
