Waited for 36min up there and never got my food. Had to go back to work unfortunately. Terrible service.

Maybe the worst McDonald’s ever. Quarter pounder was cold- COLD. Bread was chewy. Had a bite and tossed it out. Ranch wrap was also cold and rubbery. The drive thru server was polite. We waited several minutes for the food and thought maybe it was being freshly made. Obviously not.

The young girl who brings out the lunch now knows me by name and she is wonderful. Very very rarely do I have a complaint about the food.
O went there to dine in and the floor was waaayyyy to slippery. I had to hold on to the walls to avoid slipping. At my age I don't need that. I'm guessing that they mop the floor with grease from when they mop the kitchen. Makes the main dining room floor slick as heck! Drive thru from now on for me.

It was early in the morning, but I was greeted by Aaliyah, a very positive and and a warm personality. The lobby was clean and the rest of the staff was polite and offer suggestions.

After ordering, waited 30 min in drive through for food. Finally, got impatient and went inside to find lots of people complaining about not getting their food. There appeared to be plenty of employees and they were all very pleasant and apologetic. So, I would chalk this up to a very poorly run restaurant as this was clearly a management problem. I finally got my food. It was mostly ok, Egg and Chese were not centered etc. I won’t be going back.
