I won’t be back. So disgusting. Ordered a double cheeseburger & lg French fries. The fries cold & covered in a thick layer of salt. The double cheeseburger was over flowing with mustard & a soggy flat bun & a bite taken out of it. Gross!

This was the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever seen. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it had clumps of stuff on the bottom. We waited in a very long drive-through line and they forgot our hashbrowns and told us that we had to wait in the line again to get them. We were headed back from a long trip so we ended up just driving off without them even though we paid the person who took our order was rude, and they weren’t even apologetic for forgetting the item that we paid for.

My family and I stopped in on our way, as we are searching for a generator. We are victims of Hurricane Helene. We haven't had a hot meal in four days. Our town has no lights, food, gas, or water. When we walked into this restaurant, everyone was so kind and nice. Thank you to everyone who made our food and served us. Thank you for being so nice.

This McDonald is a joke I ordered on my app and waited over 35min and when the girl came to my car she had attitude and half my drink was spilled with no straws and my fries was tipped upside in the bag and everything was cold absolutely now Professionalism no customer service should feel shameful to be a part of a community that they clearly have no respect for
First off I do not think I have ever had a positive experience when visiting this McDonald’s, this last visit however will be my last. I ordered two bacon, eggs and cheese bagels and both bagels were just tossed together and one only had a single piece of skimpy bacon. On top of that the woman who gave me my food had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude. As I was moving a few things around inside my car to make room for the drinks I ordered, the woman was holding my drink out the window shaking it around and saying in an aggravated tone “here”. I asked her to give me just a second and she mumbles something under her breath and slams the window before I had a chance to even look up. After waiting about 30 seconds she opens the window back up and shoves the one drink and food in my hand. She then asked me to pull forward and when I ask her why she says again in a raised voice and aggressive manner “just pull forward”. For some context, I have had multiple times in the past with this particular McDonald’s, an issue where they ask me to pull forward because they had not fully completed my order and they say they will bring it right out. That is not the case however, my experience has always been that it will take them 5 to 10 minutes to bring out whatever item you are missing from what you ordered so I now refuse to leave the window without my full order. After I refused to pull forward to wait on a single Frappuccino the lady once again slammed the window in my face while calling me a “cracker”. I waited no more than 20 seconds and she opened the window and again shoved the drink into my hand, slammed the window again and yelled through the glass “Bye!”
There are very few options in town as far as food goes but I will be going to McDonald’s next to the Pyramid from here on out and would recommend everyone else do the same.

Went one morning for breakfast ended up paying 18$ somehow for 4 chicken biscuits never payed so much for a bag of junk then when I got to the window the chick just shoves it out the widow and doesn't make sure my orders right or ask if i need anything just here ya go get out my face clearly takes zero skill and training to work at this mcdonald's

I normally try to avoid this McDonald's because of the crowd that hangs out there. But they brought back my favorite, the steak, egg and cheese bagel. I got off early enough in time for breakfast so I took a chance. Nice, mannerable girl in the drive-thru and they were fast. (Very impressed!!) Bagel is still as good as it used to be!! I get it without the onions though. Worth the stop..
