I'm from upstate NY.. the first thing I do when I come down here is get the mushroom soup. It's amazing. The pizza is always good. Staff has always been courteous and pleasant.

Love this place, very friendly staff. Conveniently located. Sometimes my calzone is still ice cold and unmelted in the center, even when I ask for well done, would be my only complaint. It has happened 3 or 4 times. Everything else is great tho.

Every time they get my food wrong I have allergies and I tell them and I get sick any ways like the crossconamateDietary restrictions: I'm allergic to soy and red meats they said vegan and soy free. But i got really sick right after eatting here

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Greeted and seated right away by friendly staff members. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the pizza was outstanding! I had the Holy Shiitake Pie, add grilled chicken and black olives.

Stopped by for lunch between two appointments in the same shopping plaza. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza for dine-in. It was served in a big carryout box. I asked for a plate and was told they didn't have any plates at the time, but she gave me a plastic to go container (to use as a plate?) I asked for garlic powder and oregano, and was told by same person that they didn't have either. A few minutes later, she brought me garlic powder and Italian seasoning. That was fine with me. The slice was just ok for me. Service was prompt.

The pizza at this restaurant was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend Mellow Mushroom for any pizza lover.

Staff was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. Food service was quick. There is one woman who works there named Grace who made sure I had the best dining experience ever!!!! They should definitely give her a raise!!! She was very polite and constantly checked on my table to make sure I was satisfied!!! I'm coming back and I want Grace to be my server! Best experience ever at a restaurant! They have changed a few atmospheric details in the past years they have been open. I liked the old decorations. Other than that, great staff, great food, great place to eat. I see companies eat here on there lunch breaks all the time.

Quality has gone down but prices have gone up. We have been customers for years. We have always loved the mushroom pizza that was full of mushrooms. Tonight's order was extremely disappointing. Hardly any mushrooms on the mushroom pizza and barely any pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. Eighty dollars for take out dinner that I was so excited for. I feel like we got ripped off and won't be coming back because of it.
