We’ve now been here several times and it is consistently great. My wife is fixated on the shrimp nachos while I’ve had several enchilada choices. Service is friendly and quick but not rushed. When my dish was not as hot as it should have been, our server cheerfully nuked it up to temp within a minute. Good margaritas too. Best in town in our experience.

Need to change their hours on the door to truly reflect their hours. Restaurant full of people at 8:35, sign on door says they close at 9, open neon is lit, they say closed at 8:30.

We came here for dinner with two other couples. We were seated promptly. Our drink orders were take and our food orders. We waited and waited and waited. It was well over an hour before our food came. My order was put in wrong…it had shrimp and I am allergic to shellfish. Sent it back and waited. Everyone was done with dinner when mine came out. I lost my appetite by this time. I just had it boxed up and took it home. I would say the food itself was good but the service is much to be desired. Our waitress did not even come by with the bill…we had to seek her out to get it. The air conditioner was full force so I had to leave my jacket on and someone else had to do the same. Not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend you go unless you have hours to waste!

Have been here twice and the first time took over THREE HOURS, this time no one came to our table for over 15 mins to even get a drink order. This was after we stood at the hostess stand waiting for a good 5 mins before anyone acknowledged us. It was full of servers and maybe 6-8 tables max, all small parties. I went up to the check out stand and explained very nicely that we were leaving and why and I offered to pay for our chips and salsa. The lady told me not to worry about it we could just go! I thought maybe she didn’t hear what I said so I repeated myself and got the same response from her. NO APOLOGY nor effort to make it right. NEVER AGAIN! If you want the best Mexican food and THE BEST quick friendly service go see Kelly over at El Jalisco 2 miles down the road. You won’t be disappointed!

We are new to the area and have been trying the many restaurants around. Tonight was Mexican night and this would be our third try of Mexican food in the area. The other two were very good! Tonight not so much. After arriving at 6:45, we were slow to be seated. The hostess was not very friendly. We were taken to a back room where others were seated. The restaurant was about 90% full. After ordering basic meals - a couple combos and a couple taco salads - we preceded to wait for over an hour for our food. We understand and respect the staffing issues many restaurants are having but tonight we overheard our server apologize to the table behind us for the long wait and blamed it on a ton of take out orders slowing the kitchen down. Hmmm. I personally dont think in house patrons should be delayed due to take out orders - especially for over and hour. Manage the process!! After finishing our meal, i had to go in search of our server to get our ck. The table next to us had to do the same. I would have scored a 1 except the food was decent but we do not intend to go back any time soon. There are better options that dont turn into a 2 hour dining experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Excellent salsa and chips and reliable Mexican. Service is hit or miss and the cleanliness behind the bar leaves a lot to be desired. Almost THE go-to place lol, but managerial oversight leaves a lot to be desired.

I have eaten there many times and in the past it was good. Yesterday I ordered a chicken dish with pineapple. the piece of chix was soo thin, don'r know how they hammered it that thin. The fried beans were the consistence of baby food- rice was o.k. The service was mediocre- last trip to El Sitio.
