Placed an order online said it would be ready in 20 minutes, get there and they have me waiting, then tell me they messed up the order had to redo the order! Finally over an hour after I placed the order I get my food. Call up there and get hung up on! Miss the days when businesses appreciated their customers.

Worst service I’ve ever had hands down. There was a couple in front of me that had fantastic service, of a different race than myself. Two employees at the counter, neither of them tried to assist me, the girl got on her phone, I had to interrupt the employees to get service, I was there to pick up a to go order. No other customers after that, the people in front of me asked for extra marinara we’re given 3 extras. I finally got service and was treated very poorly. When I sale for marinara I was given one. But any way I was treated with very different because of my white race !!! I called to speak with the manager and was hung up on!!

Manager Felicia was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The pizza was delicious and perfectly made exactly as ordered. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
Food was good, but they wanted me to pay am extra dollar for red pepper flakes. They used to have all that out on the table. I feel like I'm getting nickel and dimed despite spending thirty bucks to feed two people.

This is the most filthy Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life. I asked for cheese and peppers, and they wanted to charge me for them and asking for napkins prompted the employee to show me where they were located on the bar, although she did eventually bring them to me. spice is completely gross. I do not recommend eating here.

Went to the location in eatonton,ga today and when I got my order I was missing the 5 marinara sauces . When asked where my sauces were I got immediate attitude. I was then handed only 4 and was told “we ain’t got no mo” …..so at noon on a Sunday you have no more marinara sauce when I can clearly see the pizza maker putting some on dough. No refund was given.

Looking like this local business is going to close... new owners went "cheap" for everything from discontinuing menu items, and turning off parking lot security lighting to getting rid of silverware. People have been complaining and then voting with their feet choosing more and more to buy elsewhere.
