I went to pick up an online order. First, the restaurant is dirty. No one who handles food wears gloves. Second, the cook was on the phone the entire time I was there (about 20 minutes). Third, the cashier is incredibly rude. She handed me a 16 oz. drink when I paid for a 2 liter. One pizza had almost no topping. She and the manager were very rude when I showed them the pizza. The second one they made was the same. By the time I got it redone, the first pizza was cold and my drink wasn't. No apology for any of the mistakes, just RUDENESS.

This place needs to be shut down. I use to work here and quit due to how unorganized and sloppy the whole restaurant was and didn’t make any money because no one ever comes in there , but it’s been a couple years and I decided to give it a try and walked it and had to sit myself down, When I walked in, no one greeted no one said hey how are you doing, No one guided me to a seat or anything. This place isn’t ever functional.

Placed an order online said it would be ready in 20 minutes, get there and they have me waiting, then tell me they messed up the order had to redo the order! Finally over an hour after I placed the order I get my food. Call up there and get hung up on! Miss the days when businesses appreciated their customers.

Worst service I’ve ever had hands down. There was a couple in front of me that had fantastic service, of a different race than myself. Two employees at the counter, neither of them tried to assist me, the girl got on her phone, I had to interrupt the employees to get service, I was there to pick up a to go order. No other customers after that, the people in front of me asked for extra marinara we’re given 3 extras. I finally got service and was treated very poorly. When I sale for marinara I was given one. But any way I was treated with very different because of my white race !!! I called to speak with the manager and was hung up on!!

Manager Felicia was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The pizza was delicious and perfectly made exactly as ordered. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
Food was good, but they wanted me to pay am extra dollar for red pepper flakes. They used to have all that out on the table. I feel like I'm getting nickel and dimed despite spending thirty bucks to feed two people.
