A superb treat, served by excellently trained and courteous folks, Sylvia's Coffee is an ideal complement to The Georgia Writers Museum, which is built around its side and back. It is a perfect place for socializing, business meetings, and starting the day in a calm and cheerful atmosphere.
Parking: The square nearby (In fact, just across the street) has never failed to have open spaces anytime I've ever been to the museum or Sylvia's. Moreover, I've never parked in one that wasn't free ... In addition, there's parking in front, and up and down the street, as well as in the back of the buildings on the square, in most cases.
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is completely wheelchair accessible.

Heard so much about Sylvia's that I had to give it a try and I was not disappointed! Wonderful, friendly people and a calming, peaceful atmosphere. I went with the intention of getting me a smoothie to go but I ended up sitting and enjoying it there. I ordered a strawberry smoothie but because they had some bananas available, I got a strawberry-banana smoothie instead. So good and refreshing!! Thanks Sylvia's and I'll definitely be back!!
