My neighbor and I visited this place today and let me tell u, this place is to die for. The customer service and the food was amazing. When u first walk in the door the amazing food aroma hits u in the face and that homie feel have u saying ,yes I'm in the right place for some good jamaican food. So if u want good jamaican food ,u ought to give them a try. I promise u wont be disappointed.We had the mild hot wings, jerk chicken, ox tail, curry goat Rice, peas and cabbage.
Nicky is wonderful! She served us and made our food so fast. We had the oxtail, jerk chicken, and both the beef and the chicken patties.

Some of the BEST food in Eatonton!!!! The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The cabbage is fantastic. The rice is extremely flavorful. The oxtails are tender and seasoned just right.
I'm a truck driver and saw this place on Yelp while looking for something to eat. Although 30 miles away from me I decided to give it a shot. Well damn, it was definitely worth the drive. The food was delicious and well seasoned. Latoya and Nikki were made great recommendations and the jerk chicken was divine. Thank you ladies for some great food and great conversation

The food was incredible. I ordered the Escoveitched fish. my husband and son had Ox-Tail, and my father had curried goat. They were spiced and cooked to perfection. The service was welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful experience!
I’m only rating this restaurant with a one star because I had to rate it to post this review. Otherwise, they would have received a flat 0 zero. Today, we stop by this piece of restaurant because we were excited to see a Jamaican restaurant in the area, and we wanted to patron it, and pick up food to have for dinner. When we got to the door of the restaurant, there was a sign posted that says “no public restrooms.” My husband and I assumed that the sign was addressing none paying people who walked in off the street, and not paying customers. We were wrong, it meant that there was no restroom even for paying customers.The crazy thing about this restaurant is that we didn’t even get to order or try the food. When we walked through the door of the restaurant, we were not greeted nor seated. There was a rude lady that worked there that sat down at the end of the bar that never got up, never really looked up. The entire time we stood there she stayed on her tablet and acted as if we were bothering her. We began to walk towards her and she stopped us and said the menus are up there. She never got up to hand us a menu.Again, about the restrooms, this is not a small carry out restaurant, this is sit down restaurant with a bar, and they would not let my husband who was on crutches from an injury use the restroom. The lady had a terrible attitude as if were interrupting and disturbing her. My husband asked if he could use the restroom, and he gets “didn’t you see the sign on the door.” And he says, yes but I’m a paying customer, and she yet repeats herself “didn’t you see the sign on the door.” By this time, I was agitated and refused to eat there, so I said to my husband “Let’s go,” and we left.Horrible service. It’s sad because they are a new business and this is the way they treat people. Never again.

I never leave reviews but felt it necessary this time! Being that we are business owners ourselves, we are intentional about supporting small businesses especially minority owned businesses.We have been to this restaurant at least 4 times since they opened and the food is always good however, the owner’sattitude is always unpleasant and unwelcoming. The first few times I blew it off as cultural/personality differences. After today’s visit i’m certain it’s just a lack of customer service skills all together. Seeing that we were the only people in the restaurant I would’ve expected much better service. We received half of our order, she didn’t bother checking on us after taking our order and never offered refills or to go boxes. I hope your experience is much better than ours have been.

First off,Let me say I was shocked to find out there was an authentic Jamaican restaurant here on Lake Oconee?Me and my coworkers had a managers lunch and everything was wonderful. The food was great, the service was excellent and most importantly the place is clean and inviting. One thing though we did have to request for him to play some music. We chose the Blackstones and Bob Marley.It was awesome ?Going for dinner tonight.Vegetarian options: Ital vital
