Amazing food
Not great food but chicken fingers ok. Great fries though.
Food was good it was our first time there
I'm a very patient person, but they messed up my order several times, then caught an attitude when I asked to fix it, the young women throwing out trash had a foul mouth about me trying to get my food. So whomever worked this evening are awful and very inattentive on top of everything. I get minimum wage and everyone makes mistakes but 3 times to get one item is excessive, wasteful of my time and honestly just over it.
This is the best Zaxby's I've ever been to, and the most consistently good fast food restaurant in the area, by far.
The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, the order is always correct, and they never forget your sauces!

Biggest thing needed to be figured out is the consistency in prices. Either tap water is free or you have to pay. There should be a precise description read on the receipt if so. Girl tang me up for a few sauces when getting a large tap water.
