Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is the best Zaxby's I've ever been to, and the most consistently good fast food restaurant in the area, by far.

The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, the order is always correct, and they never forget your sauces!

Biggest thing needed to be figured out is the consistency in prices. Either tap water is free or you have to pay. There should be a precise description read on the receipt if so. Girl tang me up for a few sauces when getting a large tap water.

We went through the drive thru & ordered a big zax snack & the new mr. beast box with zax sauce. As we approach the window & pay they again ask what kind of sauce we would like just to inform us they are out of zax sauce :(. No big deal but they instead give us, ranch salad dressing packets :/ After pulling out of the drive thru we notice we are missing the white cheddar bites that come with the Mr. Beast box. We go inside to retrieve the forgotten item, just to be informed they are out of them. They never told us this & still charged for the full Mr. Beast box. After speaking to the employees & manager this restaurant is embarrassing. They are more worried about cutting up/playing around in the back of the kitchen versus the needs of their guests.

I wasn't going to post this but it's been a week since Zaxby's was notified via their survey with no response. I ordered a Cobb salad, dine in, and was sitting in a small booth near the front of the restaurant. Half way through eating my salad an employee walked up to the door and started whisking a broom back and forth on the door matt. This caused debri, dust particles and germs to circulate throughout the dining area. This is a disgusting, unsanitary practice and it needs to stop. 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant I could still smell the contaminated stench and was sickened by this experience.
