When you drive through to give your order, it’s AI. The two stars is because the actual human I got my food from was nice.

I thought this was a fast food joint. 20 minutes here after order and no food. Still waiting... no napkins, no service, just slow service.

I went here for breakfast and man did they do a great job preparing my sandwich. I also visited around lunch time, The lady at the register was very polite but it seemed as she was the only one working the front. If this store could lessen the wait time to receive food it would be even better!

Everyone was so helpful and nice. The food was absolutely delicious. My blueberry biscuit was life changing. It was light and fluffy with the sweetest blueberries. The grits were perfectly cooked, just soupy enough and seasoned. We will be back!

I ordered the two piece dinner and I must say it was absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even finish it. You need new cooks in this establishment because these people can’t cook.

Well we went to order and they were OUT OF CHICKEN? Someone please explain. How is a chicken place out of chicken? Well…KFC it is.

went to pay for my order and for whatever reason, they only took a small portion out of my account and then demanded my food back after not even asking for a different type of payment method. ended up being able to buy my food, which I shouldn't have had an issue with, overall wasn't worth it.Bad attitudes, nobody wants to deal with that early in the morning. yuck

Service is really slow and they are always out of something. This morning they were out of biscuits at the Elberton ga location

There an AI robot working the intercom. Wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise between “would you like to upsize” “would you like to add cookies”

One of the better Bojangles around, I highly recommend

Most excruciatingly slow, terrible experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my 38 years alive. I ordered 1 ham biscuit at the drive thru. Waited 16 minutes. Literally 16 minutes. From the time I pulled up to the time I left, there was exactly 1 car in front of me and u saw absolutely no one eating inside the restaurant. I’ve worked fast food, all the food is designed to cook quickly. Even if they had no food at all prepared and had to cook every item for me and the car in front of me from start to finish, it still shouldn’t have taken anywhere near that long. I’m a nurse, and I was getting this biscuit for a dying patient. Most of the time patients aren’t hungry at the end, but this was the only thing he said he wanted, so no way was I not getting it. I was genuinely afraid he’d be dead before I got back. The best part is I had to clock out to go get it, so I was losing money all this time. When I FINALLY got the biscuit, I was in a hurry and drove off without my change, it was only like 35 cents. The woman at the drive thru actually threw the change at me through my window as I drove off. Hard and malicious. Just unbelievably terrible.

Ordered the new Bites and fries. I had to wait 5 min for the bites, which I agreed too. Fries were dry and hardly any seasoning. I asked if I could get more seasoning and as one employee was reaching for the seasoning, the other employee flat out told me "we can't do that" and stopped the other employee. No apologies or anything. With that attitude, I grabbed my food and walked out.

BTW... when I walked into the restaurant, they were empty, and drive thru was empty, but every single table was dirty. Clearly your employees are costing you business.

After reading some reviews, I guess I'm not alone with the same issues. No seasoning and rude staff.

By far the worst Bojangles I've ever been in I ordered a chicken sandwich and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich they told me it was going to take 4 minutes for my chicken 22 minutes later I get it then they tried to stay that's not something they normally serve before 10:30 well then they shouldn't have the lunch menu on already in the morning especially since on the lunch menu nowhere does it say after 10:30. On top of that my whole meal should have been free Bojangles corporate anybody that knows after 5 minutes it's free from the time you place your order to the time of serving is 5 minutes I should have got a free meal. Horrible staff. You guys cooking the food don't even look like a showered in a week.
