Left a 5 star review several months ago. ,was the best Captain D’s anywhere..Changed staff, or managers? Baked fish was raw, shrimp was ok. Green beans cold .Soft drink machine full of old nasty liquid in the drain. Kids mostly entertaining each other in kitchen. This was about a week ago, we will pass on trip home.

Ordered, and after 20 minutes at the drive-thru window, without even as much as a how do you do. We took off. Highly not recommended, if we're not valued by the staff, who kept walking by. Nope, not ever going back.

Went to get a bowl of potato soup...sat in line 40 minutes behind one vehicle..3 behind us left and so did we...we arrived at 11:24 and left at 12:05..absolutely ridiculous..this was lunch time and we didn't even get our food...

It's been years since I've eaten Capt D's and apparently a lot has changed, literally everything was different and sub-par, the shrimp were tiny, the fish was cut in planks, the coleslaw tasted moldy, the hush puppies were doughy, the stuffed crab was very bland and no visible actual meat at all. Captain D's is not what it used to be.... very disappointed. The service was great and employees very friendly,

Ordered door dash they didnt give me my dessert and also left my sauce out . no hush puppies gave me some kind of bread stick ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece got a one piece and a 2 piece . not happy

Have been going ro caption D's since the fish used to be full-size pieces. Even though they've changed into these torpedo shaped pieces, they are still so good and fresh and hot every single time we go!

The chicken there was extremely tiny. And I ordered a combo meal (drink included) + a 2 piece chicken strips and a white fish meal. But the young lady charged me for a large drink as well. But a drink was suppose to come with my combo meal
