I used to get a hot coffee here every single morning the past 4 times iv got my coffee it has been lukewarm or just plane cold and nasty not coming back here again

Came through the drive thru and the lady that served me around 4PM on Thursday was really nice! I’m so glad there’s a dunks down here. I live about 35mins from this location but it’s worth the drive! I ordered a large iced vanilla latte with cold foam and 6 dozen pumpkin donuts 🍩. Definitely needed my Dunkin fix after moving from the DMV

Hit or miss , coffees and donuts are usually dunkin grade but the staff is OK some days and just rude others . I stop in a couple times a week passing through for work and spend between 10$ and 30$
Drive-through rushed me when I told them I needed a minute. 30 seconds later they asked me again what I wanted to order. I told them again I needed a minute. They did the same thing and I asked them what’s going on? She said we are on a timer. Oh boy, I had to ask her that again which she repeated. I said you’re on a timer, what does that have to do with me? It’s Sunday morning and I am not on a timer.And then someone else took over and asked me again did I want something. I said no thank you and drove away. I don’t know how this ridiculous practice of putting your drive-through operators on a timer is in the customer‘s best interest. Don’t rush me when I’m trying to make a decision about what money to spend at your establishment. This chain has gone downhill for years.

The Dunkin's in Elbert County Georgia is always on time Coffee is always done with in second all the young lady's and gentleman all know me there I come in almost every morning at the same time always greeted and great staff that deserve 5 stars these employees work hard for us when they really don't even have to they treat us good when they don't even have to they're always working hard they deserve a whole lot more recognition than there get getting just my opinion people don't pay attention to how hard these employees hard work all they worried about is getting there stuff and going out the door but won't take a couple of mins to recognize these employees and how hard they work just as long as the customers are getting what they want when they won't stop and think about the employee and there hard working ethics some of them even have families to take care of I respect and talk to all of them when I come in and I go on with my day I don't just run in and run out after getting my coffee tighten up CUSTOMERS!!!
