The Dunkin's in Elbert County Georgia is always on time Coffee is always done with in second all the young lady's and gentleman all know me there I come in almost every morning at the same time always greeted and great staff that deserve 5 stars these employees work hard for us when they really don't even have to they treat us good when they don't even have to they're always working hard they deserve a whole lot more recognition than there get getting just my opinion people don't pay attention to how hard these employees hard work all they worried about is getting there stuff and going out the door but won't take a couple of mins to recognize these employees and how hard they work just as long as the customers are getting what they want when they won't stop and think about the employee and there hard working ethics some of them even have families to take care of I respect and talk to all of them when I come in and I go on with my day I don't just run in and run out after getting my coffee tighten up CUSTOMERS!!!

I’ve went to this Dunkin several times and never had service this terrible. Today I ordered an English muffin with sausage egg and cheese. They cut the sausage in half as well as the egg and put it on the sandwich. I went back inside to get what I had paid for and was given nothing but attitude. The coffee was closer to water than anything. Honestly makes me not want to eat at Dunkin agian.

Sounds like a turkey gobbling when they call out orders. Totally can’t understand them. Throwing bade of food around and workers are arguing. I don’t think I’ll find myself coming back here.
Shocked that for donuts were $7 and nothing else was purchased so I asked if I got a Baker's Dozen what I save any money and she said no it would be more much more, time to make my own Donuts.

I stopped at this location this morning and no one answered over the drive thru speaker; however, the employee was standing outside smoking a cigarette and I saw her hide behind her SUV while I was waiting in the drive thru. I wasn’t able to order since the employee refused to work.
