Never make a mobile order from here. I would give this place zero if that was an option. They said they would bring out my food and told me to park. I did that. Waited for 40 mins to just find my food inside cold and soggy. Workers were just on their phone chilling.

Extremely rude and lazy workers. Came right at 9:30 pm and the dining area closed to customers so we drove around to the drive threw and they would not answer the screen then we drove up to the pick up window and then they informed us they didn’t have any chicken ready and were very rude about it?…. Why even stay open if you’re not going to serve food??? This was a Monday evening 10/14/2024

I bought a 2 piece meal white meat 2 chicken breast. Waited 30 minutes on it and when I got home I had a drum stick and a thigh and a bowl of gravey that's it. The woman running around with the head set asked me three times what I ordered and three times I told her. Then she proceeded to drop a whole bucket of chicken and asked me if I ordered fries and I said yes. She said okay their cooking then another employee came out to the front and read my order back to me and said I would have to wait on the fries because they hadn't dropped them in the fryer yet. Lol I mean the whole experience was comical but not really when your tired from working all day and just want something to eat.

Beyond horrible! Used app to order bucket of chicken, and chicken only, so nothing complicated. Order confirmed, said would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to store and drive thru, told me to wait in lot and someone would bring it out. Over 50 minutes after order placed went inside, still no order, asked to just cancel, they said they could not and gave me 800 number to customer service. All I can say is customer service must be trained at same place - over 30 minutes on phone and then disconnected. Guess I will just dispute thru credit card. Only positive aspect was the wait made me go inside and I could see how filthy place is. Not getting that order may have saved me from getting sick! My advice would be to avoid KFC like the plague.
