I ordered a fill up box with 2 thighs Mac and cheese and a sweet tea, what I got was a fill up box with 2 Luke warm thighs mashed taters and gravy and a coke how hard is it to give what people ask for

Need to have a no star option. 4 employees were there, and we stood waiting for 10 minutes no one took our order. They kept walking by us as if we didn't exist, got fed up and left and went to Bojangles.

When I placed my order I was told we'll get to it when we get to it after waiting for 30 minutes before ever asking about what might be the hold up
Never make a mobile order from here. I would give this place zero if that was an option. They said they would bring out my food and told me to park. I did that. Waited for 40 mins to just find my food inside cold and soggy. Workers were just on their phone chilling.

Extremely rude and lazy workers. Came right at 9:30 pm and the dining area closed to customers so we drove around to the drive threw and they would not answer the screen then we drove up to the pick up window and then they informed us they didn’t have any chicken ready and were very rude about it?…. Why even stay open if you’re not going to serve food??? This was a Monday evening 10/14/2024
