The whole point of a quick pickup is for it to be quick. If you give me an estimated pickup time that’s 25 minutes later from when my order was placed and the extra crispy chicken is cook to order, then my food should have been cooked and completed within that 25 minutes. I should have been able to arrive on time and left with my order when I arrived. This place is a joke.

What's not to love about KFC! I mean, really. It's finger licking good for a reason! I dropped by the Elberton location and grabbed dinner while visiting my parents for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was no crowd at the time so I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the order. In and out just like that. It was a great experience ask the way around. I'll certainly go back. I highly recommend it!

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Chicken was so greasy I could've shined my shoes with it. Chicken was very brown,like the grease was used the night before. This was opening time. The first cashier was nice, but one was very rude. Wasn't my fault they were short-handed.
Girl stood in front and was yelling so loud I covered my ears.... She said oh well.... She went to hand me my bag and it almost went in the floor .. There are 2 yes I said two employees at KFC that make me come back ...
Great chicken nuggets and everything was hot and fresh. Biscuits seemed better than I remember.

I can deal with one bad, random experience. I came to KFC last night and where do I start. The lady working the drive thru was constantly coughing and sneezing into her gloved hands immediately before handling food. I was the only person inside and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food. The lady who took my order forgot my nuggets because they were arguing about who makes the best sweet tea. Returned for lunch the next day and I couldn’t even make it through the drive thru. The young lady taking my order was beyond rude. She was super aggressive and even raised her voice in anger when I asked her to repeat herself. So much so that my wife didn’t want the food from there. We went to Bojangles instead; they were busier but the wait is worth it if we don’t have to deal with rude service workers.

Food was disgusting. Chicken was cold and greasy. Sides were not that bad. Employees loud . We through our more chicken then anything. When was the oil changed. You could taste it, left a film on your teeth. NEVER AGAIN.

BEWARE!! DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS!! Their have no customer services to handle refunds. I placed a $25 order for pickup. I got there it was not ready and could not wait for them to prepare the order. The store can not cancel the order. You can only cancel it through an 800 number. I have called and called and called, left messages. I have received no response and I am still seeking a refund which i will probably never get. I WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ONLINE ORDER!!!!!!!I would give them ZERO stars but i could not post this without at least one star!Parking: Plenty of parking because it's drive thru only.Wheelchair accessibility: Their dining room is CLOSED
