I went 2 days ago to place an order online and it wasn't an option, so I went in person to be told they only had wings. No biggie, it happens. Then I go back tonight and the guy at the window was very rude when I asked for a pizza that wasn't hot and ready and said that they no longer "cuztom pizzas", and that they only have peperoni. If it were close to closing time I would understand but it was an hour before the closing time and I don't know if that may be why, but he seemed annoyed that I was even there so I don't know if I can recommend this place or if I'll ever go back.

I placed an order for a birthday party consisting of 13 pizzas for $96. I placed this order 48 hours in advanced. Pulled up to get it and was greeted with “can you not read? We are closed” let them know we placed an order to pick up at 12 that day (4/21) and the manager said “well our wifi is down, we are closed. I guess you should have picked them up yesterday instead”. My fiancé then called to talk to them and was again told “I guess none of y’all can read. We are closed”. I’m not sure what wifi being down has to do with cooking pizzas - but I was not even given a refund. I have been on hold with corporate for 20 mins to try to get a refund.

Order pepperoni and cheese and bread sticks. After paying was told would be 15 minutes for cheese. Got home had stuff cheese bread instead of regular break stick. Kids don't like pepperoni or stuffed cheese bread. Was not busy at all but 2 things I didn't want.

There is no instrument known to humans that is capable of measuring the depth of ineptness at the Little Caeser's, Elberton GA establishment....time after time...I'm to blame really for going back. Don't even bother ordering or visiting this one....just keep on movin' down the road.......won't let me post without giving it at least 1 star but my rating is actually a negative 5.....

I never thought such a LC existed. Not only was my family-sized (QED BIG) order done on time & was hot, the staff was above & beyond friendly, & I even got LC cookies.... Wait.... Cookies?! Yup... In the years I've eaten at LC, I never knew they had complimentary cookie packs until I got pizza at this location. TEN STARS (as of the date of this review)!!!
