I was in the second drive waiting to order one car was in front of me and pulled off quickly. Nobody was in the other drive.....again nobody about the time I'm fixing to place my order someone drives up in the other drive. They come in the speaker and say we will be right with you. I was like okay it's just one car then another drives up and another drives up after they took 5 orders I finally said hello. They again said we will be with you in a minute. So 2 more people were waited before I pulled off. Was I mad he!! Yes I was mad....I mean really. At least 6 people were waited on before me and I was there before them. So I went inside I guess they saw me leave the line because they all were watching me. They were nice but, the lady that waited on me kept rolling her eyes at me. So all of this to let you know don't ever go in the second drive....you will wait until no one comes in the first line before you are waited on ...😡😡

Fries were cold and nasty as usual, if the patties are.made to be any thinner there will be no point in them being placed on the sandwich, the meat was cold and over cooked. Really sucks that.these are the standards that are acceptable to the corporation that is supposed to be making sure quality is controlled throughout a franchised fast food restaurant chain

Most McDonald's I've come across are pretty much the same, and in most facets, this is no exception. I would, however, like to highlight an exceptional employee. Her name is Lisa, and as of the day I'm writing this (9/26/2024), her badge says "in training". She asked me what specifically I was waiting on and told me what part needed to be completed, brought out a water during the wait, and was overall a very proactive and kind employee. She is exceptional, and I wish her nothing but the best.

It was horrible and I won't be back. The drive thru lady was unkind, made nasty comments cause I couldn't understand her for she spoke so very fast. The food was wrong and cold. I went inside to complain and it was dirty, the floors, tables, yuk.
