Just went for a strawberry shake this evening and was handed a vanilla. I ask the girl at the drive thru is this strawberry and she said yes then I asked why is it white? Usually a strawberry shake is pink in color. She turns around and throws it in the trash and precedes to make me another vanilla shake. She hands it to me and says it's strawberry it just looks that way. Lol. I told her no thank you I would just like a refund. She then tells her manager I would like a refund. He goes right to the cash draw and gives me a refund. I then hand the vanilla shake to the girl and she says we can't take it back. I asked if she could throw it away and she told me no. I then asked her if I could atleast get some napkins because ice cream was all over the cup. She rolls her eyes and gives me a napkin. The whole thing was comical. Listen if you don't want to do your job theirs plenty of people to replace you. And by the way when I got back home and tasted the shake guess what it was vanilla.

The manager was really, really awful. I was trying to explain to them They forgot our food and first my Husband had to wait for our food so why didn’t they check it and make sure everything was in there?😡🤬 and I called up there four times they never ever answered. We go up there and they still screwed up so I was like what the hell never mind
These people could not get our order right after several tries and about 40 minutes of waiting. These people have found their job for life.

Dont stop here. Extremely slow, automatically after paying, you are sent to a waiting spot. Been here 3-4 times, every time thinking maybe staffing changed, and things are different...NO. Expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Even if you are just ordering something simple, like fries. Order is also messed up half the time. You'll have better luck going to other fast food places.
