We aren't coming back to Patel's McDonald's in Elberton. The drink machines are gone, nobody runs the cash register, you have to remind them you have a drink order. They should just close this location. It has gone downhill pretty rapidly here lately, not to mention the lack of any customer service. The Elberton McDonald's lacks in just about every category.

Slow drive thru and poor management. You are constantly asked to pull forward and wait for basic orders that at other McDonalds are always served quickly. My biggest complaint is actually an easy one to solve and it’s that their Coke Zero has tasted like cough syrup for over a year now. Every couple months I ask if it’s been fixed, and they lie and say it has, but it hasn’t. Most recently the person told me Coke Zero always tastes bad so they aren’t surprised. Normally I would laugh, but in this context it just demonstrated the small minded, lazy thinking that results in basic problems going unsolved for years.

We give up on this place. Their slogan should be, Order the opposite of what you want otherwise it will not be right and it's always guaranteed to be cold!When you pay good money to eat you should get what you order.Always slow. ALWAYS wrong and/or missing food and the place is dirty.They are remodeling and it has made no difference at all.ZERO STARS...frustrating!

All I wanted were 2 iced coffees and a milkshake. No one as st the counter so I used the kiosk. A lady slapped 2 cups full of what looked like milk down and asked who the iced coffees. She was very flippant when I asked about the appearance and left without another word. I tasted one and it didn't have any coffee in it.I motioned for the manager and started the conversation by asking for the milkshake. The manager went to the shake machine and said it was on cool down. So I just asked for my money back. He was short with me over having to give me cash since I couldn't just swipe me prepared card to get my money back the way he said.No apologies. The staff acted and looked unprofessional. I wasn't the only one who left upset either!

I have waited close to an hour at the number 1 reserved drive thru spot and still haven’t gotten my food , there have been many other people get there food and go past me and they still haven’t brought me my food , this is the sorriest service I’ve ever dealt with .

They are a joke. They are never open at the hours they say they are, the lobby is open half the time, half the time it’s not. They are always short staffed, so no matter how nice or polite you are, you will most likely have a problem with rude customer service. The frozen drinks and McFlurry machines are either always broken or they just don’t want to make it. I was desperate and there wasn’t really any other options around open and this was regrettable. The fries are about the ink thing that are ok, and that’s only if you’re able to get some fresh ones. But if you can avoid, I would.

As far as McDonald's goes, this one was in the upper 10% for sure. There was clean. The food was fresh and hot and we were in and out in 5 minutes. 10/10 Would stop here again if I were going back to North Carolina to get another load of 350 Christmas trees.

What a wonderful morning stop for breakfast. The folks were working hard and had such a happy atmosphere. We left with smiles on our faces. Food was typical McDonald's but customer service was A+
