Three of us were there for dinner. One had the Rasta Pasta the other two had Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Pasta was so spicy hot was not edible. Sandwiches were so salty and dry only ate a few bites. Agree with other patrons that for this much money you shouldn’t have to go to waiter to give order. Got up and left!!!!

Twice, I have come to MD Cafe, and as of getting ready to leave from that second time, I'm writing this. The food here is phenomenal. The menu is varied, but it's all consistent in being delicious. The staff here treat you like family, and it's very rare that your cup is empty. The location MD Cafe occupies has a reputation of hosting some of the most delicious food in Elberton, and they have more than lived up to that legacy. If you are in or around Elberton and would like a bit to eat, this is the place.
