I've lived here since 2001. Just like everything in this town it's not worth wasting your money on. Can't answer the phones. Rude employees. Just pathetic

For the second weekend in a row the employees won’t answer the phone after calling multiple times and it’s not like they would be that busy for that long so maybe they need to get some new people

Definitely avoid this place if you can. Poor quality for sure, no matter what the owner claims. Every company claims to have quality goods and services, but sadly this is just not the case with alot of them, including Papas Pizza To Go. Was on the toilet an hour after eating here. I bet they don't even eat that ish themselves, but they'll prob lie and say they do. The wings are a joke. I have never seen wings that small in my life and they were lemon pepper, but I couldn't tell. Apparently they didn't have hot flavor. They also didn't have any deep dish pizzas so I had tonget the round pizza which was like soggy cardboard. I honestly would have preferred a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Wouldve been cheaper too. Your charging more than every other pizza place in the area, the least you could do is give a quality product and make sure your staff is giving quality service which includes keeping a clean kitchen, cuz tonight this was not the case. If you say otherwise my stomach, my a** and my toilet tell a diff story. Worst $50 i spent all year. Won't be going back. I gave an extra star for service only because the girl behind the counter warned us not to spend a quarter in the gumball machine cuz she said they were prob old and stale. Said she's never seen them changed out. I understand that the gumball machine prob isn't a part of your business, but your allowing it to be there. You could at least keep tabs on it knowing that kids are going to be consuming what's in there.

We had a medium special pizza and Mediterranean salad. Very delicious. Don’t let the decor fool you. They also have delivery.

Visited this location because the Papa’s Pizza in Oglethorpe closed down. This was a huge mistake because the Pizza was so nasty, dry and tough the worst pizza we ever ate! customer service was horrible and as dry as the pizza!! Definitely should have listened to all the bad reviews and not went here. The restaurant was filthy and smelt like mold. I don’t see how this place stays in business. Will never go back! I would give it a 0 zero stars if I could.

Almost all younger staff have attitudes over the phone and even when you go inside to pick up or place and order! The few times I've ordered, my order has been wrong, and when I called back, I was met with more attitude. I was being as polite as possible, and it seemed like getting them to correct my order was like asking them to pull their own teeth! It's awful. After my order was corrected, the food was great! I've gotten a couple of the lunch specials as well as the family feast. No complaints other than my order being wrong and having to ask for it to be fixed. I just wish I wasn't met with so much attitude when I'm being polite as polite as I can be and just trying to get lunch or dinner.

Pizza hut has never let me down!

A worker was sweeping, didn’t wash her hands, and proceeded to make an order. When I asked if the worker was going to wash her hands, the cashier said “we only wash our hands when we need to, we put on gloves”. Does fixing food not warrant a “need to” wash hands. Disgusting.

We enjoy the pizza and they have great ranch. We like being able to switch between the round and square pizzas as well. Need to add their white pizza as an option on DoorDash.
