I went tonight and got my cran-merry orange drink with coconut milk and a sugar cookie latte! The service was amazing and the manger, a young man was super sweet! They were super polite and the drinks were amazing! 10 times better than Dunkin!

This Starbucks is too crowded with baristas and for some reason they don’t communicate with each other, when a customer order a coffee with cashier and the barista starts making it they don’t care what the customer wants and because they are too many baristas they just sit there and talk with each other and ignore or forget or don’t care what a customer wants seriously this is been going for weeks and they still don’t care everyone in there either be on phone or talking with each other. Ingles management or Starbucks management should seriously look into this

Blonde hair guy (who seems distracted and possibly high??) who works there wouldn’t even add sweeteners to my coffee, told me to do it myself. I’ve never had this problem before anywhere, with anyone and he did it twice. Just Rude.

Absolutely the worst Frappuccino I've ever had.. Was really excited that Elberton finally got something new and different.. PLEASE send some people to train the employees properly, don't want to lose this or continue to have bad coffee.. I will say the service was polite and quick, but unfortunately I was half way home when I tried it and it was not worth the trip back to town..
