Terrible customer service! More interested in cleaning up 1 hour before closing than waiting on customers. After exiting for some time, when I finally asked if they were closed, she just asked "what do you want". Tried to order something but only 2 kinds were available since their machines were already cleaned up. Was handling trash can and never washed hands. Just looked mad when I asked her to please be sure she washed hands. After saying she couldn't make what we wanted since they had already cleaned some machines, we left.

So I’m gonna stop going to this location. The baristas never communicate with each other. Got my drink order wrong. They just stand around. They are so quiet with the customers.

This Starbucks is too crowded with baristas and for some reason they don’t communicate with each other, when a customer order a coffee with cashier and the barista starts making it they don’t care what the customer wants and because they are too many baristas they just sit there and talk with each other and ignore or forget or don’t care what a customer wants seriously this is been going for weeks and they still don’t care everyone in there either be on phone or talking with each other. Ingles management or Starbucks management should seriously look into this

May 2022: Good as expected. It's inside Ingles (grocery store) and they had everything all the other Starbucks have. They also had bagels which was a plus because some Starbucks don't have it. I came here to grab some hot coffee and pastries while I was camping at the nearby lake. Would come back.

Blonde hair guy (who seems distracted and possibly high??) who works there wouldn’t even add sweeteners to my coffee, told me to do it myself. I’ve never had this problem before anywhere, with anyone and he did it twice. Just Rude.

Absolutely the worst Frappuccino I've ever had.. Was really excited that Elberton finally got something new and different.. PLEASE send some people to train the employees properly, don't want to lose this or continue to have bad coffee.. I will say the service was polite and quick, but unfortunately I was half way home when I tried it and it was not worth the trip back to town..
