Nasty nasty nasty.. they never have bread or meat. The veggies are OLD!! and when I say old I mean turning brown old. I’m sorry you can’t use veggies from two days ago… very RUDE STAFF… Elberton needs to seen someone in there to check on food safety… we all no they will not pass… close them down…

Did not get my second cup for drink or my second bag of chips for my second combo. There were no cups out and the counter that keeps food hot was soooo nasty. Dried sauce in looked like inside and out. Sandwiches were fair but sloppy the way it was assembled. This actually was one of the better Subways but I can't say that anymore.

The WORST Subway ever! These employees are extremely rude, always wear in appropriate clothing!! Never have anything on the menu!! It is extremely dirty! They have been out of ALL drinks for 2 months now! Absolutely ridiculous that these “employee’s” can’t and won’t do anything to respect paying customers. Seriously just close this place down or get NEW management!!

This subway is not clean, some of the ladies are not friendly. The fountain drinks have been out of syrup for over two months they claim subway does not fill them that drink distributor does but yet they still charge the combo price and don't tell you up front. Poorly run. We will not be going back to this subway.

Not sure what the point of having the sign say “closing at 10” is when the staff always close 20-30 min early. Came by 2/5/24 and doors were already locked at 9:37pm when they close at 10.

Every time I have been to this subway the staff have been checked out on their phones and half ignore patrons. They close early and are not nice to interact with. Worst subway I've ever been to.

Only 2 items on menue i could order, only 2 breads to choose from, this restaurant consistently dosent have any food to order....
Parking: Plenty of parking next to store with handicapped parking spots available next to store.

Almost everytime I go there, they're out of something. This time ... rotisserie chicken and american cheeseEdit on November 3, 2023….3 years post Covid freakout and we STILL don’t have rotisserie chicken. I go in to order today and can’t even order a damn combo because they don't have ONE SINGLE drink! Unbelievable and UNACCEPTABLE. Guess I’ll visit the place about another 5 times in the next 3 years like the last 3 years

For the last 3 times that I have been to Elberton subway.....they have been out of tuna and had to cancel my online order. This young lady tells me "we can't leave tuna out all day....when its gone, that's it". And if we do and something wrong with it First, you gonna complain. First of all I know how to prepare and store tuna, second I this is the only place that don't know how to handle tuna. If no one is buying....put it in your refrigerator until someone come in and ask for it. Its gonna take a little more work. I can go to Hartwell, Anderson and Athens....they never seem to have an issue. And the sad ting about it, I wasn't the only customer lost because of the lack of tuna. Before I placed my order, my supervisor even said good luck on getting the items you want. I work at a business where we have out of town guests on a daily basis looking for some place to eat....Elberton subway will never be a recommendation. This was my last visit
