No stars are given! As I entered into Subway on yesterday the GM Scott was sitting there texting on his phone. A young lady was at the register; so as I began looking at the young ladies daddy (who was waiting to take her home). I said nobody’s working today. That’s when Scott tells me to leave his store before he call the police on me. Know that I wasn’t even talking to him but he looked at me and said GET OUT! Then acts as if he’s going to call the police but I stood outside waiting on the law to come. I later learned that he was mad and upset because first shift didn’t leave him set up and nobody had gotten to work. All of that I understand but why tell me to leave. I will never ever go back to Subway as long as he is there.

It’s always like flipping a coin going to Subway in Elberton. Sometimes they got it all and most of the time they’re out of almost everything. Upper Management has to know what’s going on but does nothing to make it better.

If I could rate a zero I would. Terrible experience had me extremely stressed and angry. Placed a delivery order that took 26 minutes longer to deliver than should have. Order was wrong. Couldn’t get delivery driver or store on the phone so I did a Facebook search and found the managers name. Posted on there and the manager called me immediately, that was the only good thing. Had to return for the rest of my order and got 2 extra sandwiches, apparently they were out of what I was missing, this took 20 minutes longer than it should have. Store had only 1 employee working the line until the manager showed up to ring me up. Charged me for the 2 other sandwiches even though they had messed up in the first place. Felt like they could have done something nice for me since they messed up to begin with and I paid all the extra fees for delivery but had to go to the store anyways. Awful experience. Will never recommend this store or DoorDash in the area.

Nasty nasty nasty.. they never have bread or meat. The veggies are OLD!! and when I say old I mean turning brown old. I’m sorry you can’t use veggies from two days ago… very RUDE STAFF… Elberton needs to seen someone in there to check on food safety… we all no they will not pass… close them down…

Bread old. Nearly any meat, very thin layer. With a lettuce, green peppers, and black olives sandwich. Total ripoffs on all three different sandwiches.

Did not get my second cup for drink or my second bag of chips for my second combo. There were no cups out and the counter that keeps food hot was soooo nasty. Dried sauce in looked like inside and out. Sandwiches were fair but sloppy the way it was assembled. This actually was one of the better Subways but I can't say that anymore.

The WORST Subway ever! These employees are extremely rude, always wear in appropriate clothing!! Never have anything on the menu!! It is extremely dirty! They have been out of ALL drinks for 2 months now! Absolutely ridiculous that these “employee’s” can’t and won’t do anything to respect paying customers. Seriously just close this place down or get NEW management!!
This subway is not clean, some of the ladies are not friendly. The fountain drinks have been out of syrup for over two months they claim subway does not fill them that drink distributor does but yet they still charge the combo price and don't tell you up front. Poorly run. We will not be going back to this subway.

Not sure what the point of having the sign say “closing at 10” is when the staff always close 20-30 min early. Came by 2/5/24 and doors were already locked at 9:37pm when they close at 10.

Every time I have been to this subway the staff have been checked out on their phones and half ignore patrons. They close early and are not nice to interact with. Worst subway I've ever been to.
