Came there at 10:50 p.m. to get two bean burritos and a large Baja blast left at 11:11pm got nothing cuz I ran out of time for my lunch break. I understand that you don't have meat but you guys didn't tell me that you didn't have any beans or cheese. Kind of ridiculous. It takes super long. I only have a 30-minute lunch break. Ridiculous

Taco Bell is my place to get drive through. The menu always has new items and if you order inside at a kiosk, you can customize the amounts of rice, beans, etc in your food item. It's really an option..go inside and see at the kiosk

Went through the driver thru and the lady was rude, told us the drink machines were down so if we wanted drinks she would give us the cups to come inside to make our own drinks. Will never go back to that location.

Felicity is quite possibly the kindest service industry worker in Elbert County.. Very polite, courteous, professional.. She should be recognized for this, because it's not the first time she has served us.. My only complaint is not with her but the people who put our order together.. By the time we got home and realized it was 90% wrong, the 15 minute drive back to town and 15 minutes back home just wasn't worth the trouble.. Taco Bell is usually on point with everything, but today the food just wasn't up to par.. The service again, exceptional, thank you Felicity!! 👏

Went to Taco Bell at 11 pm Saturday night. Girl on the speaker told me she wasn't cooking anything else tonight & all she had was slow roasted chicken & very little of that. She had a real attitude & obviously didn't want my business or anyone else's.
