Felicity is quite possibly the kindest service industry worker in Elbert County.. Very polite, courteous, professional.. She should be recognized for this, because it's not the first time she has served us.. My only complaint is not with her but the people who put our order together.. By the time we got home and realized it was 90% wrong, the 15 minute drive back to town and 15 minutes back home just wasn't worth the trouble.. Taco Bell is usually on point with everything, but today the food just wasn't up to par.. The service again, exceptional, thank you Felicity!! 👏

Went to Taco Bell at 11 pm Saturday night. Girl on the speaker told me she wasn't cooking anything else tonight & all she had was slow roasted chicken & very little of that. She had a real attitude & obviously didn't want my business or anyone else's.

Quisha is very unprofessional she's one of the shift leads. I did my order on the kiosk and forgot to take beans and sour cream And she gone rudely tell me I did my own order and that she wasn't remaking it 🙄 really.

I listened to the manager Nadja verbally abuse one of the employees if I could give a 0 on atmosphere I would if this is how tacobell managers are trained to treat employees there standards are low nobody deserves to be treated this way this happened here at the tacobell in elberton. Please do better retrain your staff or think about hiring new managers. I will not be visiting this tacobell again

My experience would be fine if it wasn't for this lady named Nadja or something like that at Taco Bell in Elberton she completely harassed an employee in front of everyone and apparently wasn't letting her leave from her shift it was completely unprofessional and childish for a manager to be acting like that I will never come here again!

I did not get my whole order. This happens alot at this location. If you use the drive thru check before you leave. If you drive away they will deny it. They never give a receipt for any order and you are stuck paying for food you never received.

I’ve ordered on the app for pickup many times and almost every time they’ve forgot, incorrectly fixed, or mixed up an item I ordered. The employees are terrible and don’t care about anything they do.

They hoard the sauce packets like their lives depend on it. They do that every single time I go there, so I knew to expect it unfortunately. She Literally gave me 3 or 4 packets of sauce for an order that cost me a little over $40 that consisted of: like four burritos and five or six regular tacos. After I requested for a lot of sauce and I put emphasis on ALOT. But again it didn't surprise me because it happens every time and I just recently learned that it's because the manager gets a kickback of some money if they have so much leftover sauce and stuff every quarter year. Which is messed up and especially messed up because I even offered to pay for some extra sauce and they said that they're not allowed to give much sauce.. So I got my food and the few packets of sauce they gave me originally, then I went and parked and went in the dining room to grab some extra sauce packets from the dining area and all the containers were empty. And on top of that the staff was super rude and I had to wait in the Drive-Thru for a long time
