I have been ordering quarter pounders without cheese and they always put cheese on them and always have to wait even make sure they ring it up as a quarter ponder hamburger and still they put cheese on it has been correct once time out of probably 50 !!

Why is the Phone always busy!!! The are only a couple employees that smile!!! There are times I have been into this Place and feel as if I am in trouble... Really... Wake Up.. Without Customers you have No Business!!!!

This McDonalds is usually very good---I must have floored them ordering 5 chocolate shakes and a tea--it took forever to get them---a man waiting next to us --had been waiting for awhile for his lone strawberry one. When we finally got them--I had to ask for my tea---she looked at the screen--[which plainly said lemon and splenda] and handed me a glass---then I had to ask for lemon and splenda---she was not the nicest person when she handed it to me---not nasty but just not ---apologetic for making me wait even longer---then I went and made my tea and it was obvious that she had put one shot of artificial sweetener ---not 3 (luckily I had a couple in my purse---sure didn't want to stand in line for the 4th time.)
