I went there for lunch and had the special. Which was a prime rib sandwich. It was delicious! The fries were crispy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great!! We really enjoyed our lunch. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back.
I went with the Ladies ministry at our church. I had the Quarry granite chicken with a side salad and a baked potato. Food was very good. Then I had the Cheesecake with Raspberry sauce. I was a little disappointed in the temperature it was served. Too warm. And the piece was very small. I was charged for two cups of coffee when I asked for a refill. Not cool. If you’re charging for that, the customer should be told.
While staying at Russell State Park, we ventured into Elberton to find a place to eat dinner. We are so glad we turned onto the street that had this quaint old town square. The service at The Quarry was excellent. I had the Quarry Chicken, and it was delicious. It was cooked perfectly, had a wonderful flavor, and the quarry sauce topped it off just right.
