Waited 20 minutes for 2 combo meal and we were the only customers in there. Fries were cold and old. Employees gave us attitude and were on their phones. We brought the fries back in to get warm fresh fries. No apology, again attitude. Not sure why because we are white.

Terrible customer service and a cold burger!!! I visit small towns frequently but seems this town and the establishments in it has Terrible customer service. Why do i pull through a drive thru and have 3 people crowded at the window looking at me? I have worked fast food before and i definitely would not have served the burger i received! Cold buns & cold patties!

Sad for a Wendy’s. Dirty and neglected as far as cleaning condiments area or floors, especially women’s bathroom. Staff didn’t seem to care about customers at all. The order was wrong and the fries lukewarm and stale. And order took forever! We’re traveling a frequent route so sorry this location is not very appealing. Love Wendy’s but not sure I will stop here again.

The people working here , especially the white guy taking the order is very rude. Even if you have been stressed due to taking multiple orders a day, I don’t think that’s enough reason why you should lie and treat your customers bad.

My hamburger was cold, my french fries were cold, we ordered Frosty’s we received no spoons, we got no straws, and the woman at the front was very rude. She made us wait at the window for 10 minutes for that cold food she said” we’re cooking your food”

She needs an attitude adjustment. She was disrespectful and snobbish. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit combo. How can you miss putting on the bottom of the biscuit. Her attitude sickened me. I just kept it and will never go back. It sucked.

The buns were hard, the burgers and nuggets were overcooked and cold, the lettuce was old and brown, and the fries were old, cold, and unequaled. It's almost as if they cooked everything ahead of time so they could chat instead of cooking fresh as needed.
Do yourselves a favor and find another Wendy's location to eat at. In fact, if you're looking for a good wendys, stay away from here and Hartwell. They are just as bad.

Lots of house flies throughout restaurant, including kitchen & ordering area. LOTS of flies. Staff was cool & obviously like family - the cook came out to fuss at the person taking orders that she (orderer) was confusing her (the cook) with too many orders. (There were 3 on the counter, plus about 5 blank trays.) Our party had 4 orders; only one got garbled, was missing the 'smamich', but they got it straight quickly enough. Overall, not a bad experience, but not one I want to repeat, nor will I. At least not here. 🤣
