Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I wasn't able to eat here because the whole staff didn't want to cook food. I am at a loss for words. The whole staff needs to be fired

This is the best Zaxby’s I ever eat, the food tastes good, thanks for a lot, it’s a 10/10, respect the employees who work this fast food!

Ordered and got charged for the completely wrong meal.

Very inconsistent. Usually next to no sauce on the wings. On my last trip they gave me the wrong drinks and no zax sauce or ranch. As expensive as it is quality control is awful.

The girls inthe drive threw window are always so sweet and smiling.

The worse Zaxbys ive ever been to as for as the food. I ordered the boneless Buffalo wings. The French fries wasn't cooked long enough, very white and soggy, the chicken was hard as a rock and even the toast was burned and I could throw it throw my windshield so hard.
The service was good as the girl that took my order was very nice and knowledgeable , about the only good thing about this Zazbys.

Don't bother ordering ahead online. You'll sit there forever while the drive thru makes 2 loops. You'll wait 40 min and the food will come out cold , undercooked , and incorrect. Been this way for a while now too. plain out lazy folks.

Ordered lunch for my coworkers and I, 3 meals in total. Set it for pickup and was told to wait in parking spot 1. 25 minutes go by without any contact, so we called to ask if there was an issue with our order. The food was promptly brought out, but it had been sitting on the counter the entire time, so the sandwiches were soggy, the fries were cold, and the ice in our drinks was melted. Purchase was made with our company card as a reward for reaching our goals at work, so we had no option to refund. We are very disappointed that cooking new meals or even just reheating our food was not offered. I’d recommend going to the Taco Bell across the street instead. You’ll get hot food there at least.

The fact the cook knew that the bacon was burned black before they put it on the rest of my food is crazy! Spend all that money just for the food to be burnt and disgusting!!!

My food was cold and the service was awful everyone had an attitude like they didn’t want to be there worst experience of my life I will not be back the energy was completely off and negative!!

The only problem is the drive through, the speaker is messed up you can't hear anyone and they have a hard time hearing you, I've told the head manager several months ago and still will not replace it.
