Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby’s food is usually great, which is why this experience was disappointing. I decided to dine in today, and after letting the cashier, Kelly, know that I wanted my wings extra crispy, the service went downhill. When my food came out, the wings were not extra crispy and the fries were clearly old.

I went back to politely let Kelly know, and while she did take the wings to be replaced, she brought back the same food I had returned. She then slammed my plate on the table and stated they had been dropping fries all day and refused to remake them, insisting they were fresh.

I asked to speak with a manager but was ignored and had to call the store to reach Madison, the manager on duty. Madison was very professional, kind, and handled the situation perfectly. She replaced my meal and made sure everything was done correctly, and the food was delicious.

I truly appreciate Madison’s customer service. However, Kelly could definitely use additional coaching on professionalism and customer service. How customers are treated matters just as much as the food.

How you gonna order a wings n things and only get fry’s wings and now strips?

This place is just terrible for the price you pay ! The fries are so soggy the chicken tastes like burnt oil! Portions are terrible girl was picking her nose ring in the kitchen they need leadership !

if you place a order and you want curb side pick up. DONT!!! they will never deliver it to your car. the employee rather stay behind the cashier and stand there. So just park at curb side pick up and walk in and get your food because you have better chance of getting it faster or go to drive thru. Even you contact their website, they do nothing about it.

This location lunch shift is usually good. But the dinner shift is consistently bad. Chicken always has that burnt oil taste. Smells and tastes like cigarettes.

Drive thru service tonight was really good. They were moderately busy and in my opinion handled everything efficiently. When I got in line I believe 4 cars ahead of me but my wait to place order was not very long. Then after ordering my wait on food was impressively short for 4 people, all wanting different items of course with a few special instructions. Then I was impressed further and was an awesome surprise...Everything ordered I received, it was all correct, everything was hot and good!
Only complaint I have about my experience tonight is towards myself because I forgot to order one of those frozen drink lemonade drinks I wanted to try but got distracted by the milkshakes 😁

Yummy and consistent. Faster than other fast food around here. My only complaint is that it's pretty expensive to eat here for a family but they do offer Family Packs and everyone loves it.
