Wasn't even able to place an order because there was only one person working, and she had to do online orders before in person.

Michael was alone during a giant rush, and somehow managed to remain calm, courteous, and knocked it out of the park. He shouldn't have had to go through that rush alone, though.

Please explain to me why the manager of this location thought it was a great idea to have one teenager run the whole store by himself at dinner rush on a Saturday night? I got so fed up I walked out and went to the piggly wiggly.

Store was dirty when I came in and one of the employee was on drugs and I got a really hard and nasty foot-long churro sidekick

We got two meals and one sandwich with a ft long pretzal but only got the sandwiches so we had to go ask for our sides. She was not nice or happy about HER mistakes. Then she threw away my receipt only to go outside while I waited for her to come back bc I wanted my receipt. Food was fine & building was clean but the service was terrible. Do not recommend it. I live an hour away on top of everything else.

Since this place has taken over new management, the service and food have been better. The food is fresher, and they have what you want/order. I ate vegetable salad. They serve you with friendly attitudes, and its a great atmosphere.

Sandwich just seemed off today. I don't know if they've changed something in the recipe but taste was definitely off. The service was on point though.

Such a nice Subway and staff. We always stop on our way to grandparents because the staff is nice and friendly, with clean restrooms, and quick service.

If you’re going to run a business, put some professional staff behind your counters. It’s very unprofessional to have customers drive up to your store and it be shutdown before closing hours. Even more unprofessional and disrespectful to lock the door on a customer about to walk-in 30 MINUTES prior to closing, especially when you have all the ingredients and bread to make orders. If you’re going to close at 9:30 change your hours. We’ve had this experience numerous times, very dissatisfied. Just shutdown at this point.
