They lost our ticket so it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food! Also saw,an employee drop a take out container on the floor and the manager picked it up and put it back up with the clean ones!! Food was too salty! Will never go back!!!!

The food was good but the employee at the cash register kept picking at her eyes which was really gross. We also waited for almost 30 minutes for two orders of wings. I gave the atmosphere two stars because all of the tables were removed and so we waited standing against the wall for 30 minutes.Kid-friendliness: The boss gave my baby a chicken wing key chain and a toy drink. That was very nice of him to acknowledge her. It was her birthday, so it was special for her. Thank You for that ?

The food and prices are great but the customer service not so much Theres 2 girls at the front sometimes a black one and a Mexican one ( I promise not being racist) they play entirely too much especially the black girl she never does her job and her and another girl always have an attitude especially over the phone. The cookers do they thing though with the food

American Deli food okay the one on Fairview Road and the Kroger's Plaza I purchased them twice the second time I think they added too much to their sauce that they put on the wings and it taste more like orange then lemon pepper. So why is it that all the American Deli selling these little bitty wings they're not getting your money's worth for the price that it cost. Just saying
