I just order my food in the drive thru I asked could I have my frys made fresh and also my whoppers. The girl at the window wore her feelings on her face which was not good when I received my food frys old dry not good asked for fresh frys oh its going to take 10 minutes and so I paid for this really.Bite my whopper lord why was it cold as well come on why work go home.

Staff was unclear at the drive thru, so I went inside. Only to be rudely told the inside is closed and the door hour posted say they close at 10pm. It was just a little after 9 pm. They said the door was open for delivery order( door dash, Uber eats, etc) when inquired about the hours posted. One of the employees muttered that whoever didn't have to explain anything to me. Burger King, your staff needs customer service training. They are rude and unprofessional.. From a Disabled veteran, do better, please?

Terrible customer service! Operation Manager Sofia. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have as picking up for door dash, no designated area for pick up orders, when I asked about order Sofia responded in a very rude nasty tone, “You have to wait people were here before you. She also yelled at drive-thru employee. Waiting is not a problem however I can do with the attitude! I know this location and any other location that she works and manages has a very high employee turnover.
