This Burger King is so awesome! The food is always hot and fresh. And the manager Raheem always greets us with a smile. He is a very, very unusual person. And his sister cooks. She also is amazing. I talked to the district manager and he is a very kind and wanting to make sure everything is done proper. I recommend this Burger King for everyone. This is the only one we ever go to.
So I put in an order through the BK app and the money was removed off of my card. We ordered on line but went in to eat. Much to our disappointment the grill wasn’t working properly (it was burning the burgers) so they had to refund our money. However instead of saying thanks, see you next time, the manager said if you want something fried instead, it’s on me. What great and unexpected customer service.
