Definitely spitting in my food. Why are there so many moist soggy spots among my piping hot food?? It’s strange how a pile of fries are hot but underneath in the corner a few are moist and cold. Same with the fish expect certain spots feel are soggy and moist. It suggest to me they are spitting and or licking my food. This isn’t the first or second occurrence. Just cook your own food these people are too emotional.

I'm just going to be honest not going to sugar coat it. This was the most disgusting food I ever ate in my life I Order a 2pc fish meal with mac & cheese and cole slaw & stuffed crabs I couldn't eat it . I mean pure disgusting . Waste my 15$ .I literally gave my food to some stray cats maybe I went at the wrong time or something . Nothing on Plate tasted right period. The sweet tea was the only thing that was decent enough

Manager would not give my dash pickup order no butter for two potatoes. Client requested condiments and she refused. I asked for owner name and she said his name was Alex, I hope owner invest in a new manager because her customer service skills are lacking and she had nerve to say she also door dash.

My fish was bored and they were so slow nobody in line it was nobody inside the store it was crazy then when the drive-thru man gave me my food he said watch the curb seriously
I came to give you an excellent review. I place my order via GrubHub, and it was a seafood platter. I would like to say I am here visiting family and I have never heard of or tried this fastfood chain before, I am just speaking on the food for itself. My seafood platter was made right. I was skeptical about ordering seafood from a chain and having it delivered but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The fish fillets are fried crispy and the Captain D's sauce was a great pairing. The shrimp were small but the taste was still good. The stuffed crabs are mostly breading but there is crab meat in there and seasoned very well. My sides were macaroni and cheese, green beans and 2 hush puppies. They were mid but still edible. I would still give this place 4 stars for the food.

The fish was not cooked all the way it was absolutely gross. I don’t know what’s going on with the breading that they use now, but the fish is always greasy and it’s never cooked all the way I will not be back.

This store owner is one the most unprofessional people I have ever met.The staff had the nerve to sit there and not acknowledge me at first. I calmly walked out and did not place or want to order anymore. The worker was in the back on the phone. And also touching the food after and looked very agitated. I just could not. I went to somewhere else. Unacceptable.
