I've never eaten at Captain D's before so decided to give it a try. Shawn, the night shift manager was very welcoming, patient, and professional. She explained what they had on the menu and gave some great suggestions. I was very pleased with the service and the food was hot & fresh! This is how you conduct business!

Tried to give this spot a chance when they opened briefly months ago, food tasted horrible and cold. I just went and sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes nobody said anything, no other cars were in line, Drove around thinking they may be closed and they were surely open. They just lost a customer for good. Please stop putting these horribly ran restaurants in our community.

I appreciate the night shift. It was 2 great managers there and the place was crowded inside and out. I never been to a place where 2 managiare working extremely hard but still had smiles on their face and was extremely friendly. They really do make this Captain D's. I'm not sure how the owners are treating them but I hope y'all do them right. They are the reason I'm making this my family dinner spot. The food was amazing. The store was so clean. If we ever open a restaurant these two will be my idea managers. Shon and fonta not sure if correct spelling of their name but thanks for having excellent customer service to all your guest...

Place was very clean and nice. The service was amazing. Shon was a bundle of joy. I had an issue with an employee and the use of my credit card. Then she called the manager who was shon. I explained the situation, immediately she told her employees to never take a customer credit card that it can reach for us to tap or insert our own cards. Then she apologized toe and said she. Will handle it. The food and service was so great I brought my daughter back the next day to see her and guess what the crew is passing the card machine to us. Very good Ms. Shon we appreciate you. This will be our go to dinner spot.

So glad you guys are back open. Came in not knowing what to expect because my previous experience has not been pleasing. But came in at 7pm not knowing what I wanted to eat. But Ms. shon the night shift manager was amazing, I was greeted with a beautiful smile which I knew then they were different. I told her what I had a taste for and she suggested the perfect meal which had all I wanted. We even strick a friendly conversation while she was still working. Not only did she take my order but she went and prepared it also. When I received my order I asked if I could change out the hush puppies for bread stick and she did with no hesitation and kept a smile. She had the whole store happy and grateful. She was moving from the back to the front to .make sure every customer needs was accommodated. I also heard her say great job team to show her appreciation for them working so hard. The store was very clean and peaceful. Everyone in the store was happy. I appreciate you for your great customer service and hope they keep you on board.
