I came to give you an excellent review. I place my order via GrubHub, and it was a seafood platter. I would like to say I am here visiting family and I have never heard of or tried this fastfood chain before, I am just speaking on the food for itself. My seafood platter was made right. I've never eaten at Captain D's before so decided to give it a try. Shawn, the night shift manager was very welcoming, patient, and professional. She explained what they had on the menu and gave some great suggestions. I was very pleased with the service and the food was hot & fresh! This is how you conduct business!

I appreciate the night shift. It was 2 great managers there and the place was crowded inside and out. I never been to a place where 2 managiare working extremely hard but still had smiles on their face and was extremely friendly. They really do make this Captain D's. I'm not sure how the owners are treating them but I hope y'all do them right. They are the reason I'm making this my family dinner spot. The food was amazing. The store was so clean. If we ever...
