I've never eaten at Captain D's before so decided to give it a try. Shawn, the night shift manager was very welcoming, patient, and professional. She explained what they had on the menu and gave some great suggestions. I was very pleased with the service and the food was hot & fresh! This is how you conduct business!

I appreciate the night shift. It was 2 great managers there and the place was crowded inside and out. I never been to a place where 2 managiare working extremely hard but still had smiles on their face and was extremely friendly. They really do make this Captain D's. I'm not sure how the owners are treating them but I hope y'all do them right. They are the reason I'm making this my family dinner spot. The food was amazing. The store was so clean. If we ever...

Place was very clean and nice. The service was amazing. Shon was a bundle of joy. I had an issue with an employee and the use of my credit card. Then she called the manager who was shon. I explained the situation, immediately she told her employees to never take a customer credit card that it can reach for us to tap or insert our own cards. Then she apologized toe and said she. Will handle it. The food and service was so great I brought my daughter back the next day to see her...
