Very clean store with fast service

Every time I go to this location I get a blizzard and it’s always half melted when they hand it to me. They never do the thing your restaurant is famous for of turning the blizzard upside down to show its nice and thick. I have been going to this one for years and it has always been like that but if I go to any other location they turn it upside down to prove it’s thick ice cream. You people need to do better and my cup is never full as the attached photo shows .

I ordered a cupfection brownie oreo! It's the best ice cream with mixed parts that I've ever had. That's it!

Ordered at the drive thru, my order was repeated back to me and it was all right. Got to the window and they gave me 1 box dinner and left out the rest, so I waited. The girl opened the window and just looked at me so I said I didn't get my fries or Xtra gravy. She said you didn't order that! I said yes I did. So she rang it up and I paid again, she closed the window and laughed and talked to the other female laughing the whole time while the line is backing up. Finally she hands me 1 French fries and shuts the window, so I sat there! She opened the window back and I said I'm missing the gravy! The other female said we put the Xtra gravy in your box (I thought she said I didn't order that???) She knew what i ordered, they just didn't want to give it to me after i paid for it, and I said no you did not. I checked 10 minutes earlier. So I sat there again and she handed me the gravy, I said thank you. She did not reply, so I repeated myself loudly and she responded. Just rude people there. They could care less if your order is right, thats for sure! I know other people who have had similar problems also. Ok food, Bad customer service for sure!

It was a BEAUTIFUL DAY 75* we sat outside and ate our ice cream, I gotta caramel something it taste like coffee don’t know what I was thinking I didn’t like it but that New Blue Ice Cream cone is delish

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Dairy Queen location today. If I could, I would give zero or negative stars. I ordered a medium Turtle Pecan Blizzard, which was made incorrectly. When I asked for it to be remade, the employee at the window instructed me to come inside. Inside, instead of remaking the Blizzard, they simply added chocolate, which resulted in a melted, soupy consistency. I spoke with a young man, who I believe is an owner, and explained that the Blizzard was not remade, but merely altered. He insisted it was a new Blizzard, despite my explanation. Eventually, I requested a refund, which he processed. After the refund, he handed me the same melted Blizzard and told me to throw it away. I informed him that since I do not work at Dairy Queen, he could dispose of it himself. This was the worst experience I have had at any Dairy Queen location. I will not be returning and I intend to share this review on multiple platforms.

I visited this location on 3/7/25 at 4:50 PM, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. While the young lady at the window was very kind, she kept getting our order wrong. It was frustrating having to correct the mistakes, and overall, the experience was not what I expected. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.

Called 4 times to ask if they still had the red velvet cake blizzard just after it was advertised. Nobody answered so I drove all the way here just to be told they are sold out permanently. It hasn’t even been out 2 weeks.

Don’t come here making special request ‘i.e. no pickles’ because it will be ignored. Happened on multiple occasions to the point i won’t go

This will be my last time coming to this location. Food is never hot, customer service is lower than one star, too many employees standing around doing the most (yet never enough), and no one is personable enough to service customers. Horrible service. WnB Factory is one four-way stop away and all of their food tastes better.
