They are going downhill fast. The cashier look liked she was coming from her bedroom. She had a scarf wrapped around her head, pajama pants on and she gave us the wrong order. Multiple times coming to this dairy queen and they cant make a dipped cone correctly. They managers must jot care. About to lose my business fo sho! GOD BLESS EM THOUGH.

Just left Dairy Queen 5 minutes ago. When I got home I notice my order is missing lettuce, onions, tomato’s and pickles mind you I only ordered a burger. Being able to listen and take someones order is essential when working in a drive thru. Not to mention I was the only car in line so you would think employees would be able to pay attention to detail. I’m sending this message because it’s a total inconvience to drive back up there and remake the order hints this message. Next time I’ll think twice about spending my money with you guys.

I’ve been here a few times (drive-thru) and each time the workers were unfriendly, refuse to acknowledge you or are just plain rude. And ask for extra napkins and you’ll be handed waded up bundle that look like they were picked up off the floor. If you’re so unhappy with your job go home!

On June 8th at 6:00 I went thru the drive thru at dairy Queen and got a peanut buster parfait. The ice cream tasted like salt I ended up throwing it in the trash. please figure out what's going on cuz it was really disgusting. I paid $7 for this ice cream. How to get a replacement or refund.

Every time I go to this location I get a blizzard and it’s always half melted when they hand it to me. They never do the thing your restaurant is famous for of turning the blizzard upside down to show its nice and thick. I have been going to this one for years and it has always been like that but if I go to any other location they turn it upside down to prove it’s thick ice cream. You people need to do better and my cup is never full as the attached photo shows .

I got the shrimp basket. Delicious 😋 I love it!

I ordered a cupfection brownie oreo! It's the best ice cream with mixed parts that I've ever had. That's it!
