Be careful when purchasing tv specials. Actual pizza doesn't have as ample toppings as advertised. I could bear lying makeout the veggies.

They need help in here. I ordered my pizza approximately 30 minutes ago. As I sit in my car looking in at the two young gentleman dance away… I’ve also watched 3 other patrons walk in and walk out empty handed. Patiently awaiting as I am, after being told it’s in prep… 20 minutes ago. 👀 Who’s kids are these?

I had a free 2 topping pizza on my app and order pepperoni and Italian sausage for my toppings. When I arrived to pick it up, the pizza wasn’t cut. When I told them they cut and asked if I wanted the garlic sauce on my crust. I said I want everything that I would get if I was paying for it. When I got home and started to eat the pizza, I noticed there was no sauce! I called back to the store and literally argued with the guy. He told me, “ I saw him put sauce on the pizza”. I don’t have a reason to lie and just like you saw him cut the pizza and put the garlic sauce on it!! Ridiculous. I’ll continue to patronize dominos but definitely not this location!!!

Hurry you up on the phone and it is hard to speak when you are being over talked by staff. ORDER #372. Yes I said it, and they abruptly hangs up on you without even knowing whether you are finished with the conversation.

Usually great but oh boy!! Tonight I ordered and they took forever. If I knew the tracker meant nothing I would have gone elsewhere. They said it would actually take almost triple the time stated when I ordered!!!! Made me late picking up my kids because I had paid already!!! Not returning. This WAS my favorite location. Very disappointed today with the service. The guys prepping the pizza were busy texting and showing each other stuff on their phones. Last was nice but overall a tacky experience.

I went it to pick up my pizza which the sign said it was ready. The pizza was up under the lamp but they didn’t add the ham. So the white lady who seen to be in charge told the driver who taking out deliveries to throw me some ham on there like I’m an animal. I ask her what are you doing she told me no other customers had a problem with it. I want to know why it wasn’t bake with the pizza? So I cancel my order because I was just going to have meat sitting on top of my pizza. This is on Fairview Road

if i could leave 0 stars, i would.
our order said it was delivered but we never received anything, i called. im on hold for a long while & when they finally answer, they tell me that it will be sent back out.
ONE HOUR LATER & we have yet to receive our order. i call again, & after being on hold YET again for a while, they answer only to put me on hold AGAIN & hang up.

Worst dominos i don’t know if the management has changed …but the last time i came they gave my order to a random
person without verifying that it was the right order ….this time was informed my order was started at 614 and it is now 650 and it is not going into the oven …..in both case staff members were not concerned of the inefficient service. and general lack of customer service …..horrible i will go to pizza hut from now on….
