I had ordered 4 chicken biscuits through the drive through the young man who took my order had good customer service everybody else had attitudes because I was asking for the manager because all 4 of my chicken biscuits where still frozen so I asked can I get a refund. Then the general manager came to ask me what’s wrong so I told her and showed her the chicken was still frozen she had a attitude to and she told me they don’t do refunds and she told me I can get them remaked but I was telling her I’m not going to be able to wait more longer because I was already waiting for almost 10 minutes for them 4 then she walked off and another young man came to the window and told me it’s nothing they can do they can’t give me a refund I can come back and get it remade and I just feel like she was very unprofessional because how you gone have a attitude with me because my food still frozen and I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait more longer for some new ones.

This restaurant is the nastiest, most trifling restaurant I've ever witnessed. Not only is the food undercooked and gave me salmonella poisoning, but this lady allowed her nephews to jump on an employee of Hardee's. I'll be in contact with corporate and you'll be hearing from my lawyers. This establishment is so unprofessional, unsanitary, and bad for business. The General Manager is so unprofessional, rude, and just all-around tasteless. I will definitely be in contact with corporate.

Most disorganized fast food restaurant i have ever eaten at. Employs arguing and fusing the whole time we were in there. Customers complaining. Complete chaos with all Employs and manager. Wait time for 2 biscuits and gravy and 2 butter biscuits was about 25 minutes. I love hardees breakfast but with stick with one in McDonough ga from now on.

Got home to eat and i had a pork chop and gravy biscuit. I was soooo disappointed usually they are spot on. Always always check your bag. I haven't had pork in 20 years, one bite and I knew it was not what I ordered. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called and heard the guy tell her my order was 2 chicken biscuit one with cheese. 🤷🏾♀️🤬😤
