Got home to eat and i had a pork chop and gravy biscuit. I was soooo disappointed usually they are spot on. Always always check your bag. I haven't had pork in 20 years, one bite and I knew it was not what I ordered. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called and heard the guy tell her my order was 2 chicken biscuit one with cheese. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤬😤

I walked into Hardee’s on one of the worst days of my life, feeling invisible and worn down. Then I met Nina. Her warm smile and kindness hit me harder than she’ll ever know. She didn’t rush me, didn’t treat me like just another customer—she talked to me like I mattered.

That small moment of genuine care lifted a weight I’d been carrying for months. I left with more than just my food; I left feeling seen, understood, and a little more hopeful.

I came Friday not knowing how pleasantly surprised I was going to be. The food was hot and so good, and the new manager was on fire!! Nothing was wrong and everything was on point. I think her name was Anina love the new face. Will come back!!
