After sitting here over 30 min waiting for med pepperoni and order or cheesy puffs, I found the time to leave a review. 👎👎👎 They must be milking the cow, making cheese from scratch, building the oven, and lighting it with a stick and hole in wood. So now I have to wait for it to bake. I would leave if I hadn't already so much time invested. NEVER AGAIN!!

I just had the worst experience of my life. I sat and waited 1 hour for a 3 meat pizza. They gave me a buzzer and the buzzer never went off. So I walked inside after 40 mins had passed. I go inside and the manager told me that the pizza had already been picked up. I showed him my buzzer and he insisted that it already had been picked up. After going back a forward.They eventually remade the pizza which took another 20 mins. Afterwards I asked the manager to be compensated for the time in my life that I can’t get back. He proceeded to say no because he already lost 30 dollars as if it was my mistake. I told him that, that is their mess up he went on to accuse me of already picking up the pizza. I couldn’t believe this guy. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at any restaurant of any scale. I honestly can’t believe this happened tonight.

It's been a minute since I felt I was invisible and that how felt coming in this little Caesars. Nobody inside standing at the counter for 10 minutes. When someone finally walks by that works there ignores me and doesn't say anything I tell him hey and he goes ehhh in a minute.... I walked out immediately I got patience but treating me bad is a different story.
I love lil Caesar’s and loved the one in my old neighborhood but the customer service and pizza quality at this one is beyond poor. Super dry, barely any cheese on anything. Managers and front desk are rude and unsympathetic to reaching a fair resolution. I kept going because it was convenient but after tonight Pizza Hut just got a new customer.
