Ordering online is a nightmare. I ordered 7 pizzas for a meeting at work. The online discount was not applied even though I entered it with eack pizza. The manager on duty told me there was nothing she could do about it. I was over charged $35. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go elsewhere. This was at the Forest Park location. Pitiful customer service, will not do business with them again.

Nastiest cheese bread I’ve ever had at this location 11/26/25 7:30 bread was cold and old then they had the nerve to drown it in that nasty sauce!! I saw the young employee back there eating food while it’s a lobby full of people waiting !!!

The older bald Indian dude never gets the orders right I always have an issue with my food when he is there! I asked for cheese puffs and he charged me for cheesesteak puffs gave no receipt and honestly just doesn’t care about his job. The young guy in the front has to fix his problems.

I’ve been going to this location of Little Caesars for over a year now and never had any problems with them. They’re a cheap pizza and they taste good usually but tonight I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and ask him to leave the peppers off and the manager told me they couldn’t leave them off that’s BS. I didn’t ask him to give me anything for free But when I got there and picked up my order and got it home there wasn’t just a normal amount of peppers on it there was more peppers than normal. I’ve ordered it this way half a dozen times at this location never had a problem, but these people seem to think you get it the way they serve it to not the way you want it so if you want a good Pizza, don’t go here they’re liable to give you what you don’t order And you’ll have to pay for it anyhow I ordered the pizza 20 minutes before I got there to pick it up and still had to wait another 10-15 minutes for it to be ready! I want be going there again! I have been going to this location once or twice a week for the last year but never again!!!!💩

Worst experience ever. Got a pizza that got a hair in it…. A big one ….. called and they set the phone down on me for over 20 minutes then someone grabbed the phone and hung it up. I called back and the manager tried to put me on hold. When I quickly told them what happened they said they’re busy right now and if it was that big of a deal we would have brought the pizza back.
Its was good for the price but they need to work on friendly customer service. I get busy day, keep an smile and greet.

After sitting here over 30 min waiting for med pepperoni and order or cheesy puffs, I found the time to leave a review. 👎👎👎 They must be milking the cow, making cheese from scratch, building the oven, and lighting it with a stick and hole in wood. So now I have to wait for it to bake. I would leave if I hadn't already so much time invested. NEVER AGAIN!!
