It's been a minute since I felt I was invisible and that how felt coming in this little Caesars. Nobody inside standing at the counter for 10 minutes. When someone finally walks by that works there ignores me and doesn't say anything I tell him hey and he goes ehhh in a minute.... I walked out immediately I got patience but treating me bad is a different story.

I love lil Caesar’s and loved the one in my old neighborhood but the customer service and pizza quality at this one is beyond poor. Super dry, barely any cheese on anything. Managers and front desk are rude and unsympathetic to reaching a fair resolution. I kept going because it was convenient but after tonight Pizza Hut just got a new customer.

I am changing my review. Under new management with poor customer service. My wing order was wrong and I realized it after eating one wing. I came back for a replacement. They refused saying they couldn't because I ate one. ( they can't reuse food anyway) Then they said it was too late. So disappointed with horrible service over a small box of wings

This place is Dirty on the outside and nasty on the inside! The drive through speaker has been broken for years so clearly they don’t intend on repairing it so all orders are placed at the window which means you wait double the time. The windows have never been cleaned and the clerk is hidden behind a ton of man made signs. The inside is way worst with the floors just pure nasty and ovens don’t look much cleaner. I would have walked out but they take your money at the time you place the order and when I hinted that it’s taking too long (over 20min) and I wanted my money back the food appeared albeit ice cold. They should be called cookies cuz there is no puffing going on since they were about an inch thick and looked nothing like the picture. I would never return to this place and it should be shut down! Indians run it now which wasn’t the case a few years ago. While sitting in the car waiting for my food a worker arrives with bags full of McDonalds food and drinks. I Had to chuckle a bit cuz if they will eat that garbage Mickey d over their own food says a lot about what is being served at this establishment.
