If I could give this location 0 stars I would!!!! This place is nothing but a bunch of people who are rude and playing around in drive thru. Did a mobile order and they played around didn't even make my food how I ordered and definitely this location doesn't have a bunch of things that the app lets you order and won't be able to get refunded for. Never been to this location and definitely won't recommend this location to anyone now.

Of all the locations that I visit in my area, this is the only location that consistently have the Frappe machine working. 2773 Forest Parkway in Ellenwood.

Dear owner or Corporate office- If I could give a zero I would ...thanks to the short heavy set shift Mgr. Eho wear glasses. Worst personality and unprofessional attitude- seen on each occasion. She even roll her eyes at customers!! You need better role models working with youths She has no clue how to speak to people to take orders. Very rough around the edges and always appear angry. Maybe se dislike her job....find another one with less people contact. So sad to have such poor service in our 30294 neighborhood. My last visit was Friday 8.15. I don't pay for poor service. Not good for my food.

I’d give them 0 but hey, When I came in the drink machines weren’t working, they were pouring drinks from a 2 liter bottle. Ordered through the kiosk and asked for our cups the girl said we’re making drinks back here I said oh okay. No problem. We waited a little over 10 minutes for a happy meal and 2 wraps. No one made us aware our food had been ready, “oh your foods ready” when I walked up. Food was cold fries were cold and tasted bitter like they were old. In this time still had no drinks, had to ask again for our drinks. Was given the wrong size and they were both FLAT the sodas tasted old. The girl at the cashier walked out and slammed the door extremely loud. Unclean, unprofessional, unnecessary.

Very unpleasant experience not only with the food but the staff. Lazy. Dirty. And above all VERY SLOWW don’t waste your bucks here food is RAW undercooked they give you what they want to give you then look at you slow when you correct it. Remember you applied to work here not me adjust your hours or quit ! Your messing up McDonald reputation how you make fries taste nasty it’s FRIES :/

Hours on the door say the dining room is open. I was there at 7:00 am. It is locked. Employees see me and ignore. One was standing by the door when I parked, he shook the door to be sure it was locked and walked away. I was here in June and it was also locked up. And no I don't want to go through the drive thru to just eat in my car in the parking lot.
Ordered food for me and my husband and 5 yr old son. Reseaved everything but my child's happy meal. They didn't care.

Slowest mc ever,large personnel but they are doing nothing(lazy moving around with no reason) I order one muffin and waiting for other than 10 min and inside only me. Mc better to fired them all and get new people.

I only bought a large coke. The cashier Catherine took my payment and instead of making me wait on the two cars in front of me, she went and got my coke so I could be on my way!! Thanks for being so thoughtful and professional Catherine!!
