Got a burger and chicken sandwichs last night around 6. By 730-8 had severe abdominal pain, so bad it kept me up crying all night, severe diarrhea and vomiting. Went to doctors and they said I had a very severe case of food poisoning. I highly suggest checking your stock dates and your employees food handling. As it stands at this time of 3pm next day I am laid up in bed unable to eat or drink, still having severe pain and diarrhea. Also your employees are very short tempered and seem pretty rude.

I put an order through curbside for the chicken meal. It was for my daughter. When my daughter opened her chicken nuggets, there was none there. Instead it was a box full of tartar sauce. My daughter is allergic to tartar sauce. I go into the store for the manager to replace the chicken nuggets and I leave. I called back to confirm that it was indeed tartar sauce and the manager started yelling and tells me I didn’t get my order from that McDonald’s, they would not do that. They would get fired blah blah blah. Not one time did the manager or employees ask for my receipt. No one who could explain how the tartar sauce got in the box. They just know they didn’t do it. I called corporate after they gave me the incorrect number and they are currently investigating

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve experienced. They don’t ever have anything working , they don’t ever have all their drinks working

I placed a order through the mcdonalds app and had to wait for an hour before finally getting service. Literally ONE HOUR. When someone finally got to me they told me my order was cancelled. Terrible restaurant. Terrible Service.

I observed the manager take food outside and return to the kitchen 3 times without washing her hands. Each time she returned to the kitchen, she proceeded to bag orders and package French fries.

I also wasn't greeted at all even though multiple employees walked past me and saw me waiting to be helped to pick up an UberEats order.
