Order was stated it was ready after driving over waiting an hour still no food and no kind of compensation for the waste of time and gas. Manager just looking crazy, girl on the phone having personal conversation. No sense of urgency with a crowd of people. I waited an hour and half and ended up with no food. Now I have to go somewhere else to get food my grandkid. This is unacceptable .

Very rude I walk in nobody greeted me one person did the cook greeted me I was waiting for about 15 min before getting my ALREADY MADE PIZZA again the cook again took lead and asked was I there for pickup and finally I got my pizza . Very bad service

BLACK PEOPLE: this place is not for you. The old white lady here assaulted me by pushing me and calling me a b*tch all because I asked if someone can move their truck from blocking me in. She then called the cops on me but i wasn’t charged with anything except going behind the counter to find an employee to move their vehicle. WHAT OTHER CHOICE DID I HAVE. I asked the cops to review the footage to proof that she assaulted me without cause and she was NOT in fear of her life. I never once called her out her name or touched her even after she called me a b**** and pushed me. I just asked if someone can move the truck so i can get back to work and she refused to help. She then started recording me AFTER I ALREADY LEFT OUT AND GOT THE DRIVER TO MOVE THE VEHICLE. So i took these photos of her in return.

ELLENWOOD GUYS ARE GREAT. THE OVEN IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR SO MANY ORDERS. Thats why they are always running late. It is the owners fault.
Placed delivery order, charged credit card and never delivered. Papa john said out of delivery area after 3 hours of waiting. Never again will I ever use papa john

Wish I would have read the previous comments about the workers not using gloves and hair coverings. I placed an order here and after eating I was so sick on the toilet 🤢 the health board needs to be contacted. They don’t use gloves at all. Don’t wash their hands.
