This place is an absolute rathole. Outside sign falling down, ceiling tiles down/missing, insulation and ductwork hanging down. I can't believe there's interstate signs for this dump. Their franchise license needs to be revoked TODAY.

Been living here for 8 years and been wanting to try this place. So disappointed. The best part about this experience is having to bring my food home so I can season everything. Mozzarella sticks had no flavor at all and the marinara tasted like tomato paste. The curly fries were just decent but the main course.. The Philly!! Terrible. No flavor at all. I added extra cheese and seasoning at home. I mean... Even the fountain drinks were terrible!Never going back again. I didn't even take pics of the food but here is the restaurant

I will never eat here. For my first and now only opportunity to eat here, I was calling in a take out order. I told the lady on the phone this is my first time to order what type of Philly you have. As I recognized she spoke limited English I spoke more clear. Not knowing they have 3 different sizes I asked the price and combo information. The lady hung up the phone. I called back and she didn’t answer. As I do pass this business on my way home I stopped to let her know how RUDE that was when I clearly to you this was my first time to eat here. I told her if she was busy to say so and tell me to order in person. I will never give my money to such a business as this. There’s other businesses be happy to get my money and a tip to show my appreciation. I went down the street to spend my money in supporting a better business.

Getting an overdo philly cheese steak. Since my last visit. It has no AC and all the lights except where you order and pick up the food are off. About a dozen ceiling tiles are missing.

Parking: The restaurant is connected to a gas station. Parking is free but limited.
