Place a delivery order around 8;30 pm. App stated my order would be delivered at 9:20pm. I called at 9:40to inquire why I hadn’t received my order to find out that it was cancelled. The man that answered put me on hold and never returned to the call. I drove to the restaurant to find out why and how to get my refund. The manager stated he ran out of ingredients but apologized for not calling me to tell me he canceled the order. He said they have no control over the app and he will have his manager refund my money within 3 to 5 business days. REALLY unacceptable Pizza Hut. ?

Customer service is terrible at this location. They completely ignore you and most times only one person is working and the others are walking in circles looking lost. Clearly the management does not care and it reflects in the employees. Took an hour and a half to get my delivery when the site said 35 minutes. Once I got the notification my order was on the way it took 30 minutes and I live 5 minutes from the store.

Ordered 1 Stuffed Crust pizza and 1 Supreme pizza. The Stuffed Crust pizza lacks marinara sauce (there’s little to no sauce on the pizza). Both pizzas were cold But most importantly, the stuffed crust pizza tasted awful!! My family members who grabbed a slice complained of the same issue (couldn’t taste any sauce on the stuffed crust). I called the location and spoke to a gentleman to resolve the issue. I was told to bring the pizza back in. I stated I would not bring it back in and offered to take pictures and send via email or phone. The employee told me, “We’re not allowed to give out our personal information.” I proceeded by asking, “So Pizza Hut doesn’t provide or have a company email address for consumers to address issues?” He said no. After that, I explained I would bring it in the following day because we’re hosting NFC championship watch party. The employee says, “I won’t be here tomorrow.” Maybe is me…but he seems to be a little incompetent. If the only resolution is to get inside your vehicle to make a drive, then guess what…I am going to return all food purchased and skip ordering from this location going forward. This is utterly ridiculous the situation couldn’t be remedied any other way!UPDATE: Attempted to return the pizza as advised over the phone, only to get there and speak to the manager, Antonio. Antonio advised my husband he is not authorized to give refunds, only the GM, Pierce Smith can do that. This place is a total SCAM!!! BAD SERVICE BAD FOOD, AND NO CONCERN for the consumer's satisfaction.

Pizza was cold. Received the wrong soda. Contacted store to speak with manager. Was transferred (3min) called back, answered then hung up on. Called back call was answered when I stated the reason for my call without warning was transferred. Was online waiting for over 8 minutesI will not be ordering from this location again. Maybe not from Pizza Hut. When I spend my money, I expect quality service.Received call back, I told the person the reason I initially called. She says she can't help me and transferred me to who knows where. I just hung up.....?
