Portions are small and overpriced. 5 onion rings for $5 . Thought I would give them another try the customer service was alot better then the last visit . The wings were good the last visit ,but I won't be returning.

Every since the old cashiers have not been at this establishment the little rude chubby girl always get the order wrong. When you tell her she’s mad telling me that I ordered wrong. I’ve been coming here since they've opened and never have I had any issues. Where is the nice guy and the nice little lady that cashiered? Get them back or you’ll lose loyal customers.

If you are going to be in our neighborhood, at least act like you care when you screw up. I called and place my order and I was told 15 minutes, I gave you 20. I come in pay, patiently wait for my order. While watching people pick up orders, place orders and leave. I’m like WTH is going on, where is my order. Your little cashier say absolutely nothing, walk to back and come back , still say nothing. Then I told her if my order is not ready just give my money back. She walk to back and come back and say, your order a Philly cheese steak. You really think I paid $23 for a cheesesteak sandwich? They let me know that you didn’t place my order from the phone or in person, 20 people can in, after 40 minutes you still had not put my order in. I requested my money again for 3rd time, you gave it back but didn’t apologize at all. Fine, you will never have my business again.

I guess sweeping floor is more important than helping customer. Waited 3 mins before young lady begin to take order.

How can you operate a restaurant without a restroom ? I don’t care if the food is good , but if there is no way to wash hands for employees or customers , that is a no star

Try this place. Their wings are not small and loaded with flavor. Most places give you mini wings but not this place. I will be returning.

I happened upon this place 1 month ago and it has instantly become my favorite place for hibachi and wing. I've ordered from here about 5 times, already. The food is always made fresh to order with big chucks of meat and fresh veggies. The cabbage in the hibachi is so thick. And on top of that they have world class customer service. Fernando and Pablo do a great job taking orders and taking care of customers. Pablo is always smiling and does a great job answering questions about meals. I'm not sure of the chef's name, but he definitely knows what he is doing in the kitchen. The hibachi is better than the restaurants you sit-in at. And I love the fact that they don't serve crinkle fries. See y'all again in about 2 weeks.
