Location never opens or closes on time. Just left at 9:10pm and they closed a hour early again. This seems to be consistent for this location.
I’m honestly very disappointed with the customer service I received from Subway today. I called simply to get clarity on an issue that has happened to me not once—but two times. I asked a straightforward question about how orders are processed through Uber Eats. A Subway employee told me they can see the order before accepting it. So I responded by asking, if they’re aware they’re out of a certain item—like the veggie patty—why do they still accept the order, knowing the customer will still be charged?
Rather than addressing the concern, the employee abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. That level of unprofessionalism is not only rude—it’s a poor reflection of the Subway brand.
I called back to get her name and explain the situation to another worker, but he suddenly seemed “clueless” and unwilling to help. It’s disappointing that no one could take accountability or offer a simple apology.
I just want to warn others—especially if you’re ordering the veggie patty from the Walmart Ellenwood location. It’s happened to me more than once, and at this point, it feels like false advertising and fraud. I paid for something I never received—multiple times. That’s not just bad service… it’s unethical.

Absolutely not. Tell me why there was a fly going all over the food bar area and this younger female (light skinned) was well aware and did nothing about it, i mean the fly was literally on the food. So then someone else tried to ask her if she could close the lid where the meat is at so the fly won't be near that area and the lady already has the worst attitude, like if you don't like your job then why not just quit instead of taking it out on people? It's actually outrageous how rude one person can be. Don't come here
Subway do better. This no bathroom policy is wild and against the law. There will corrective reinforcement coming soon. This is a teaching moment. So I hope everyone learn for this type of discrimination. If not the health inspector and my attorneys will be in touch very soon.
I recently visited this Subway location under new management, and I have to say, the experience was impressive. The fresh ingredients and variety of bread options are still top-notch, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. The new management seems to have made a noticeable effort in improving both the quality of service and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
The customization options are always a great highlight, and I appreciate how quickly my order was prepared. The only minor issue was that the sandwich was a bit messier than expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
Overall, I’m excited to see what other improvements come with the new management. I’d definitely recommend checking it out!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. Spoke with the owner there and now it’s a New management in place. He was nice and customer service is getting better and better.
I literally watched the light skinned lady with freckles dig in her ass, and make a customers sandwich. 🤢
I knew when I saw the thin light skin lady working I should have left but oh well but like always she’s rude and short with everyone not to mention in a rush to wrap my sandwich up before I can get what I wanted on my sandwich like if u hate helping people and making sandwiches maybe subway isn’t the place for u

They do this thing as of 10/16 and 1017 of 2024. Of turning off their phones and taking their selves off lines so they don’t have to honor the promos or the orders you try to send in. They don’t care.

I would give this store a zero star but but it won't allow me to do that song I'm putting a one-star because they used to make this bowl that I like and I always go to Subway and get the same ball from the same store period and today they was very rude to me. I have not seen this group of people before behind the counter. Though I have wanted to get my usual meet bowl with just a regular small size that I have but they would not do it. The lady was rude to me and said that she could not do it it's a salad bowl and it's not meant for me and we cannot do it that way and I said will this store has done it before and they have did it before previously so what is the problem period but this time I didn't want to argue with her I just said to her that never mind I'm not going to even buy nothing here again. And I would let my Eastern stars and my Mason and my dad everybody that know did not go to the store.

The customer service from one of the ladies who wears an earring in her nose is rude and unprofessional. She touches non food items with her gloves and rarely changes them. She communicates with customers with an attitude. Go see for yourself. She needs to be reminded that she gets a pay check because of Subway customers - no need to whisper about customers in their face being disrespectful. She needs to be replaced!

I can’t speak for all of the staff but Meriaka and Austin have great customer service skills. They made my food and changed their gloves between each person’s order. This really stood out to me because I am a Muslim and I can’t have certain things contaminate my food. Also, they were well mannered and kind. They said some really nice things to me that will resonate with me and their kind treatment definitely made me want to come here more often rather than ordering delivery. Subway should be very proud of these two. They deserve more than just a good review.
