If I could give a negative five, I would. I experienced a disappointing encounter on 2/6/26 at 4:25pm. I was the only one there. I said, hello, but she(the employee) never responded. After ignoring me, she started working on an order and never said, I'll be with you in a moment or how can I help you? After feeling like I wasn't welcomed, I left. I refused to spend my money and received this kind of treatment!!👎 Never again will I step foot in this location!!🤔
The Hispanic girl that they have working up here is very rude. I’m not sure what her malfunction is but she needs to find another job because her customer service skills are terrible. Atleast do your job right if you are going to have an attitude. Very nasty, very weird and very unprofessional.

I was about to order and the lady just walked off and went to the back. No hello.. no how can I help you.. nothing.. a few minutes later another lady came to the front.

If I could give negative stars I would. Employee with number 0127 was very rude and all over the place. I walked in with my daughter at 10am and she had two people in line but the first customer was already done when I walked in so really only one person before me. She kept walking to the back and kept doing things with the bread and I understand that you have to proof and move it in a certain amount of time because I used to run a subway but it shouldn't have taken me 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. She needs to learn that you help the customer first then do everything else that you're supposed to do. Not to mention the guy that was already done ordering order a pizza but when I went to ask for just a regular cheese pizza I was told they were out which yall could have been but its the way she was saying it. Overall a very bad experience and she needs better training.

I had a very disappointing experience today. The light-skinned lady with freckles was extremely rude for no reason. All I did was ask a simple question, and she acted like I was bothering her. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. On top of that, the way she was preparing people’s food was concerning it didn’t seem clean or handled properly. Customer service and food handling both need serious improvement.

I had a great experience on my last visit to the store the store manager Gia was phenomenal all the employees were pleasant and the store was super clean I am verySatisfied with the service the food quality and the appearance I definitely recommend this location!

Very disappointed with my service today. I ordered a meal of the day and was charged the wrong price and did not get the drink . Simple mistake in which I brought to the attention of the person that served me . When I told her about the mixup she had a terrible attitude about the situation. She brought the manager out and the manager saw that it was a mix up in which my order was made right with the manager. Although glad that the mixup was resolved the server should not react like that when your simply bringing up the fact about a mixup in price .

Location never opens or closes on time. Just left at 9:10pm and they closed a hour early again. This seems to be consistent for this location.

I’m honestly very disappointed with the customer service I received from Subway today. I called simply to get clarity on an issue that has happened to me not once—but two times. I asked a straightforward question about how orders are processed through Uber Eats. A Subway employee told me they can see the order before accepting it. So I responded by asking, if they’re aware they’re out of a certain item—like the veggie patty—why do they still accept the order, knowing the customer will still be charged?
Rather than addressing the concern, the employee abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. That level of unprofessionalism is not only rude—it’s a poor reflection of the Subway brand.
I called back to get her name and explain the situation to another worker, but he suddenly seemed “clueless” and unwilling to help. It’s disappointing that no one could take accountability or offer a simple apology.
I just want to warn others—especially if you’re ordering the veggie patty from the Walmart Ellenwood location. It’s happened to me more than once, and at this point, it feels like false advertising and fraud. I paid for something I never received—multiple times. That’s not just bad service… it’s unethical.
