They do this thing as of 10/16 and 1017 of 2024. Of turning off their phones and taking their selves off lines so they don’t have to honor the promos or the orders you try to send in. They don’t care.

I would give this store a zero star but but it won't allow me to do that song I'm putting a one-star because they used to make this bowl that I like and I always go to Subway and get the same ball from the same store period and today they was very rude to me. I have not seen this group of people before behind the counter. Though I have wanted to get my usual meet bowl with just a regular small size that I have but they would not do it. The lady was rude to me and said that she could not do it it's a salad bowl and it's not meant for me and we cannot do it that way and I said will this store has done it before and they have did it before previously so what is the problem period but this time I didn't want to argue with her I just said to her that never mind I'm not going to even buy nothing here again. And I would let my Eastern stars and my Mason and my dad everybody that know did not go to the store.

The customer service from one of the ladies who wears an earring in her nose is rude and unprofessional. She touches non food items with her gloves and rarely changes them. She communicates with customers with an attitude. Go see for yourself. She needs to be reminded that she gets a pay check because of Subway customers - no need to whisper about customers in their face being disrespectful. She needs to be replaced!

I can’t speak for all of the staff but Meriaka and Austin have great customer service skills. They made my food and changed their gloves between each person’s order. This really stood out to me because I am a Muslim and I can’t have certain things contaminate my food. Also, they were well mannered and kind. They said some really nice things to me that will resonate with me and their kind treatment definitely made me want to come here more often rather than ordering delivery. Subway should be very proud of these two. They deserve more than just a good review.

This place is disgusting along with the attitudes of the workers.Was discriminated against and my food or services were not wanted.also was called names by the staff here. I stood and waited during i seen a roach by the bread .the employee looked at me with disgust and walked into the back to talk about me before handling my order. Management was rude absolutely and will not be back. Cant believe you all let people talk to us like this. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I just ended up leaving even though I wanted my food after being on break 25mins.

I'm a vegetarian wanted a small veggie salad at 2940 Anvil Block Rd. Ellenwood Ga. inside Walmart Super center. Theyoung lady told me I had to have meat in my salad asked to speak to manager she couldn't reach her. She said the name of the owner or manager is Hannah what I was told. Never had that problem with any other SUBWAY. I was always charged for a Veggie delight salad.

This is the 3rd time I’ve went there and had a bad experience with the cookies. The first time the cookies was very hard and old and I went as soon as they open so they should have been fresh not leftovers from another day. Second time went 30mins after opening and they told me it’ll take 20mins to make, I checked backed 20mins later and I was told they didn’t have time to make the cookies. Today I went 1hr after opening and once again no cookies and I was told they didn’t have any.

Don't turn me away at 8:25 and tell me you're not taking any more customers when your store hours is posted that you close at 9. Just change your hours so people won't drive all the way there for nothing.
