Went through drive through line and was told I would have to wait 30-40 minutes on my food because they had a lot of doordash orders! I asked for the store number and the mic went silent. I said it again and this time told her I was filing a complaint. She came back on the mic with a giggle and said , She said she can fix your food now. I pulled off! SAD!!!!

Machines were down, so we had to sit in the front. After 20 minutes we went inside to as about progress only to find out the lady who took our order never told the cooks, and was on her phone.
Got home, we were missing half of our order and the food was prepared so sloppily the paper wrapper was stuck to it.
Charged us full price, didn't even comp the drinks we couldn't get with our combo because the drink machines were busted.

Went through the drive thru at lunchtime while no other customers were anywhere in sight. After pulling up to the window the employee had me back up 5 feet or so to get off the trigger while they prepared my food. I received my food and headed to our destination only to realize they left out part of the order. I called multiple times until they finally answered. They immediately realized they missed part of my order and gave me 2 options: return now and get my missing items or return some other time. I let them know neither option would work as I don’t leave nearby. They stated they couldn’t refund me without bringing my card in person and hung up on me.

I don't even know why we still try to go here. Given it's close to my house but EVERY time we order here the order is wrong. If the kids working aren't stoned out of their minds then they don't care enough to properly do their jobs. We would rather double the distance and go to a different taco bell than go here. It's been like this since about covid shut down. How hard is it to make sure the proper contents that the customer is charged for are in the bag? Quality control is rare I guess. Especially in this part of stockbridge.
Prices go up, quality goes down. Can't even feed my family of 4 for under 40 bucks anymore. And one of them is a 2 yr old.

Stopped in at Taco Bell drive thru nobody would answer the drive thru...so i went in to ask if they were open she didn't say anything besides move her head up down like yes they were...she then turned around walked off to the back came back and continued to do whatever she was doing and still didn't acknowledge or try to take my order and kept me standing there till I walked out....if you don't want to work shut this place down!!!! I will not be coming back here its always a problem and the employees act like they don't won't to work!
They have a younger staff now and I have to say their the Best. From giving your order to the window to pickup your food they are so friendly. They make you laugh and glad you choose them too get your meals. You don't find young people in the restaurants so happy to be serving people but they are every time I go there. Keep up the great service ladies and gentlemen. So glad they reopened with this great staff 👍💯
I'm not sure why this business is in operation. The employee with the bag on her head, was so slow and unmotivated. It took 30 minutes for my food to come out, after I wanted outside for it. That's after I was brought the wrong food and she didn't know who's food she had. Now she's walking around trying to figure which car it's. They are out of all frozen drinks, sour cream and sweet tea. These were my options. Who knows what else they don't have. Oh, they don't have any customer service either. Employee is Jada H. Help is really needed at this Store# 041223.

I’m busy this location yesterday to make an order and when I walked in the store was not that busy. I was just directed to go use the kiosk by a point of her finger . I explained to the employee I do not work here Would you take my order? She looked at me and walked off. A manager who was clocking out said I will do it on the kiosk for you, they don’t have a register logged in upfront. I appreciate the customer service that I got from the manager, but what I did not understand what the employee did after that as the manager was helping me at the kiosk, I’m going to attach a video of what the employee was doing. Terrible Terrible Terrible experience . Everytime and I mean everytime I come to this Taco Bell , they mess up my order . And my dumb self I will always give them another try and cuss myself out for it later like why tf would I go back knowing these people can never can get it together . They will literally tell me they have everything for the 7$ box and still proceed to give me either everything else that isn’t in the 7$ box or give me the items that go in the 7$ box but uncooked . I mean instead of chips they gave my cinnamon twist with cheese , who does that . Chalupa was uncooked and doughy, hard tacos were cold and when I ask for my burrito grilled with no beans , they put nothing but beans and leave it ungrilled . Just throw the whole Taco Bell away . Smh
