The service could be better. But the food was good and correct. It is going through remodeling stages it was combined with another restaurant and no success. They have a big pot hole in the parking lot, that needs attention. Someone will not be happy if their car gets damaged.
All in all taco bell is ok for a quick bite.

They don’t pay attention to orders on ubereats nor DoorDash. Always messes up my order every single time I order from there. I wouldn’t recommend.

Dear TAxo Bell Fairview Rd. Ellenwood, GA. I would like to stress the importance of training and hiring n retaining staff with passion for food preparation and presentation. Also it maybe the TACO low standards. How can you serve me cold chalupas? That are so empty n flat. When I am spenind $ 50+??? Are the resources low at this store? Is the manager not into Taco food where you don't know that it can be great if more effort is placed into food pre n presentation? If you need help recruit. Pay people proper salary/wages for them to work with pride. It's my 2nd time at this location within a few yrs. N I always hope to be surprised, yet am dissapointed. The window server was fearful n pleasant. But still forgot to give us our drinks, staws, napkins n sauce...I had to ask him, it's as if he knew it wasn't correct what was sent n wanted to me to leave asap His Service was pleasant but poor. Leaders can only atteact what you are. If leasders cannot be successfull in the service industrial, reprogram your mindset - the server is the greatest in the kingdom! Even if you are ok with flat, cold too soft chalupas, that's not what is advertised, it should look close to it at least. N it has at other locations so we know it's possible. Please assess to see what can be improved with the staff you have, supplies, n mindset. GOOD LUCK, MAYBE NEXT YEAR I'LL TRY AGAIN.

Went through drive through line and was told I would have to wait 30-40 minutes on my food because they had a lot of doordash orders! I asked for the store number and the mic went silent. I said it again and this time told her I was filing a complaint. She came back on the mic with a giggle and said , She said she can fix your food now. I pulled off! SAD!!!!

Machines were down, so we had to sit in the front. After 20 minutes we went inside to as about progress only to find out the lady who took our order never told the cooks, and was on her phone.

Got home, we were missing half of our order and the food was prepared so sloppily the paper wrapper was stuck to it.

Charged us full price, didn't even comp the drinks we couldn't get with our combo because the drink machines were busted.

Went through the drive thru at lunchtime while no other customers were anywhere in sight. After pulling up to the window the employee had me back up 5 feet or so to get off the trigger while they prepared my food. I received my food and headed to our destination only to realize they left out part of the order. I called multiple times until they finally answered. They immediately realized they missed part of my order and gave me 2 options: return now and get my missing items or return some other time. I let them know neither option would work as I don’t leave nearby. They stated they couldn’t refund me without bringing my card in person and hung up on me.

I don't even know why we still try to go here. Given it's close to my house but EVERY time we order here the order is wrong. If the kids working aren't stoned out of their minds then they don't care enough to properly do their jobs. We would rather double the distance and go to a different taco bell than go here. It's been like this since about covid shut down. How hard is it to make sure the proper contents that the customer is charged for are in the bag? Quality control is rare I guess. Especially in this part of stockbridge.

Prices go up, quality goes down. Can't even feed my family of 4 for under 40 bucks anymore. And one of them is a 2 yr old.

Stopped in at Taco Bell drive thru nobody would answer the drive thru...so i went in to ask if they were open she didn't say anything besides move her head up down like yes they were...she then turned around walked off to the back came back and continued to do whatever she was doing and still didn't acknowledge or try to take my order and kept me standing there till I walked out....if you don't want to work shut this place down!!!! I will not be coming back here its always a problem and the employees act like they don't won't to work!

They have a younger staff now and I have to say their the Best. From giving your order to the window to pickup your food they are so friendly. They make you laugh and glad you choose them too get your meals. You don't find young people in the restaurants so happy to be serving people but they are every time I go there. Keep up the great service ladies and gentlemen. So glad they reopened with this great staff 👍💯
