Didn't even have a chance to try Taco Bell because they were taking "mobile orders only" what's the point of having a drive thru during opening hours, sounds like a pretty bad excuse not to work. They need to replace the sorry staff because this is baffling .

I placed my order at the drive through, was asked to pull in front of the building & it would be brought out to me. After 25 to 30 minutes realized that was the only car sitting there so i walked in & the workers just stood there & looked at me noone said anything. After standing there for a couple of minutes I leaned over the counter & yelled at the guy in the drive thru window. He asked the workers about me food everyone looked puzzled & replied in a smart mouthed way. He asked me what i ordered & handed me a bag, but i was missing tacos at this point I really didnt even care for the food anymore. All this while 9 months pregnant & in pa

Very unwelcoming and undermining staff. workers treat you weird and look at you weird. One morning, I wanted to know if they were open for breakfast still and they walked to the door, looked me in my eyes without any gestures or signs, and locked the doors without a word.

No matter the time food should always be fresh. Only one car in line and the order is still wrong. Don’t be mad at me for the career path you choose always have a smile at that window. Double and triple check your orders here. They do not answer the phone. Overheard a conversation between employees while trying to get a refund for a third of my order that was missing. They were discussing an employee stirring the beans with his bare hands. I will never ever return to this location. The stand-in manager had sweat dripping from his face like water as he's making food orders. Several of the employees had on oversized bonnets and looked extremely unkempt. Corporate has been contacted, the health department should be contacted as well.

This place is a joke, made an online order for the drive thru last night and they gave my order away to someone else. How do you give my order away and didn’t confirm no order number, full name or nothing. Gave me attitude when I tried explaining I’m the one who ordered not who you gave the damn order to. They didn’t attempt to fix or rectify the problem at all when I’ve been going to this location for the past 1 1/2 years.
