The food itself was pretty good the service was absolutely terrible.. the lightskin girl with the septum and braids “served” me and had a attitude a good percent of the time, she was on her phone the whole time. I ordered an all star i got everything but my waffle, i wanted a good 10 mins AFTER my food came for the waffle the other sever looked and it was completely burnt. The other food was amazing though, service was just extremely poor. ( it wasn’t busy i was the only person in there)

Didn't eat here. It was way too busy and there were plates stacked up on The counter. A table was available after a couple had just gotten up. We sat down at the table and waited for it to be cleared off. After a while it was clear that we weren't going to get service so we got up and left.

I walked in and sat at the counter. I was not acknowledged by anyone. I've already placed my order online and paid. My order was suppose to be ready almost 20 minutes ago. A waitress kept walking by me and then immediately showed all her teeth to serve a man that sat down next to me, after I had already been waiting. I will not be tf back. I had to approach them although I was sitting at the damn counter.

Please never come to this place, bcoz they don’t have enough employees and take almost hour to make your one or two food items, when I visited this place after hour wait they forgot my waffles in beg, when you call them nobody pickup phone.

Do not blindly tip. Check your food! Open the container. Online gave me a pick up time. I got there food was cold. They clearly made it way before my pickup time and didn't notify me. And order was wrong! Really if you can help it go to a different one.
Extremely poor customer service it’s one thing to be down in staff, but it’s just extremely poor customer service not to even acknowledge guest that are standing in front of you for 20 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable and to be clear, they were down a cook, but There were five servers and eight people total in the restaurant, excluding myself. And out of the five young ladies that were standing there no one even acknowledged the guest that were standing there for to go orders nor said will be with you in just a moment, ridiculous!!!
