*I only review if service is Exceptional or Poor. Clearly my earlier visit was great, but today was not. My advice to the manager: If you find yourself behind on making orders, the Very LEAST you can do is SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS as they come in. Acknowledge me. Plz don't look me in my face several times and say nothing. I shouldn't have to ask an employee if I'm standing in the correct spot for online orders.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Waffle House ON THANKSGIVING and everytime I come here my experience is fantastic. The staff here are some of the most hard working group of folks I have ever met. Not only are they hard working but their customer service is wonderful. We are always greeted and told to have a good day once we leave. The food is always 10/10 and they all work so well in unison with each other. I will be back!

Ordered online. Order was wrong, so I had to wait 40 minutes for a waffle. Just to find out, more of the order was wrong when I got home.🤦

Absolute worst. There are 6 people working but only 2 actually working. Watching a guy and a waitress stand in the back making goo goo eyes for 20 minutes, 1 waitress on her phone the whole time. Food was cold, sat there for 20 minutes on the counter because the waitress was too busy talking. The cook was kind and felt bad and apologized. But we will not be back
This waffle house is 2 for 2 on messing up my order i came in last week ordered my food and they messed up the order and the cook was outside getting high(for the record i dont care if you smoke as long as it doesnt affect your job). I came in again this time no one but me and the cook gave my food to someone else who handed him cash, so I had to wait for my food to get cooked again and watch the 5 people who came after all get theirs first. By far the worst WH I've ever been to

Waited over an hour just to be served burnt food. Meanwhile, employees were sitting at tables eating while customers continued to wait. Completely unprofessional. If I could give less than one star, I would. Very disappointing.
